Monthly Rentals in Swann Keys

We stayed for 2 weeks at this beautiful home! The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The house was so clean and perfect! The hosts were amazing and super responsive! We loved the area and all the beaches near by! The shuttle to Bethany beach was very helpful! The shared pool is huge and beautiful! We can’t wait to visit again!

Best place for get away! Excellent location that’s within five minutes to everything (beach, boardwalk, plenty of dining and entertainment options, shops …) but so private and quiet with stunning views with tons of space. The kayak launching dock is only 200 feet away and the water is only 1-4 feet deep for the most part - my family loves it! The view and amenities from all three floors of the townhouse are all great. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and seasonings. With each bedroom having its own private bath, it is perfect for a get away. Host also communicates very well and very responsive. Only positive things to say and will surely come back again…

My family has the BEST time together here! Everything was even better than we could have expected and so much care and thought went into every detail, making it a home away from home. Both kid and pet friendly, while being open and comfortable for adults alike. Thank you! We home to return again soon.
