This was our second time staying at Downwood Holidays as we loved the first time so much! The glass house was perfect for us, and had everything that we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped if you are looking to stay in, with lots of space. The area is peaceful but still close enough to the local town if you choose to head out and about. There is no doubt we will be visiting again in the summer!!! Thank you Leyla once again!! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at the Woodhouse! It was easy to find and to check in, and we arrived to tea, milk, biscuits and cereal - which was a lovely touch! The hot tub was just lovely - with nice views over the Dorset countryside and horse fields. They had plenty of towels and the heating worked great - which made a huge difference on these cold January days! There were 2 nice pubs in walking distance, both of which welcomed dogs in the bar areas!! Thanks for a lovely stay!! ☺️

Me and my partner had the best nights stay here for his birthday It was Very easy to access with clear instructions on how to get there. Parking was available which is always a winner. Inside was super super clean and tidy and exactly what was advertised online. The coffee machine was fab (big coffee drinker here🙌) Hot tub was spotless and easy to use in a lovely private garden. Also great hosts, who were in contact prior and after our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. Very impressed by our stay and will 100% be returning and recommending to family and friends. Thankyou very much!!

Absolutely amazing place with amazing hosts engage very well and couldn’t do enough to help us with regards to information to the local area and keeping us topped up with consumables i.e. coffee toilet rolls and towels ect , Lovely little place I would recommend to anybody , Thank you for the stay

Absolutely gorgeous property hidden away in the woodland. The photos do not do it justice, it is much larger than the photos make and super cosy ! The cabin is a short walk from where you will park 5-10 minutes but the walk is lovely and very easy to find. The host was really helpful and replied very fast to any questions and queries. We will be looking to book again in the next year. The photos do not do the property justice !

Beautiful and modern decor Fantastic garden area with firpit and bbq Sofa super comfortable and bed too comfy to get out of!! Loved the raised step onto the bed with the skylight. Shower was stunning with the brickwork and decor. Amazing value for money and Ben the host was extremely helpful and communicative Will absolutely stay again x

We stayed for 3 nights in Annette’s cabin and loved every minute. The place was just the right size for the two of us. Very peaceful surroundings with amazing views. The cabin had everything we could need for a short break away. It was in easy reach of Dorchester - 10 minute car drive away so getting to a supermarket was easy! The cabin was very clean and bed was super comfy!!! We felt the cabin was an home away from home and had some lovely personal touches. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area.

Absolutely beautiful setting with ponies wondering right up to the fence. Lots of space for children to roam and the camp fire was wonderful each night. The Cabin was a fabulous place to stay a few nights, just lovely

First time I have used airBnB the whole experience was easy and stress free Amanda answered my initial questions and message the day before about check in details Nice homely place that suited our needs - lovely site and value for money for the location. On arrival the place was spotless with a comprehensive information book. Literally less then 5 mins walk to the Durdle dor car park. Lovely walk across fields with stunning views Do not expect to ‘get down’ to Durdle door itself if you have limited mobility my dad has a mobility scooter but sadly the slopes and the paths were not usable for him - however stunning views from the top of the car park - and a very nice coffee van there as well Location worked for us we were close enough to see what we wanted would say Lulworth cove parking fees are outrageous £12.40 for 2 hours I did notice a bus runs from the campsite to the cove this had got to be a cheaper option Thank you Amanda for being a wonderful host

We had a great weekend at this air bnb. Perfect for a girlie getaway with friends, we made use of the facilities and all our destination were no more than 20 mins away! The host was excellent - messaged us to see how we were getting on and if we needed anything. Would deffo recommend 🥰

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful lodge surrounded by peaceful fir trees – the setting was magical and so calming. The lodge itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the details – from the helpful items left for guests to the overall setup that made us feel right at home. The host was exceptional – always available, responsive, and genuinely caring. They looked after everything so well and made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The place, along with the host’s support, really made this trip extra special for me and my daughter. A memorable and pleasant getaway we won’t forget – thank you!

Gemma and Alison were great hosts, very responsive to questions and lodge was as described. Was the perfect getaway location and accommodation for my family and dogs. The site is very nice and a short walk through stunning woodlands to the beach where we spent lots of time. The lodge is well equipped for all of your needs and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely recommend.

Another lovely stay here. Even our dog settled in for the evening when we went out for dinner. Clean, comfortable and conveniently short drive to all the places you’d want to visit. We were here to see family but did drop into sandbanks to enjoy the sunshine.

We just came back from a fantastic stay at Sean’s caravan on the Rockley park Haven site. The caravan itself is in a great location overlooking the harbour and a short walk to the main entertainment/ pool/ restaurants and shop. It’s really modern and in great condition. We loved our cosy nights in with the fire on and would highly recommend staying here. The Haven site itself was okay. There is a mini- mart for essentials, a main restaurant, an arcade, a sports bar and the entertainment hall. There’s also a pool. The only problem I had was trying to book our play passes for the Haven activities. As we had booked on Airbnb outside of the Haven arrival/departure days we didn’t meet their requirements on the haven website but Sean managed to manually amend it for us. To be honest we could have done it at reception on arrival as there wasn’t a queue. All in all it’s a great caravan and we’d be happy to stay again. Thank you Sean

We really enjoyed our stay, was a last min surprise for my partner's birthday - and Sarah was a great host - very responsive, and had thought of all the little details. The bed was super comfy, the heater and the electric blanket made it a lovely, cosy space. We ordered breakfast as well which was delicious and really good value. It felt slightly on the pricey side for what it was but appreciate it is quite a unique offering in the area and we booked quite last minute. Sarah helped with recommendations for where to eat out and nothing was too much trouble for her. We drove into Swanage / the beachfront as I was heavily pregnant but the distance was walkable. There were lots of fun things to do in town, even off season. The guest book was testament to how many other people had stayed and loved it as well - thank you so much!

Absolutely lovely stay in this clean, comfortable and modern lodge. Parking just outside too! We bought passes to the site facilities which meant we could use the pools and gym! Milford on Sea is a short walk (about 25 minutes) and the beach is closer (about 10 minutes away). Fab location and great stay with lots to do in the surrounding area to please all ages! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Otter’s Rest over February half term. It’s a really smart and well appointed chalet. There was plenty of room for our family (inc three kids aged 12, 10 and 4). The lodge itself was extremely clean and a really fun place to spend the week. It certainly seemed to us like the best site on the Shorefield Park. The beds were comfortable, and there were lots of toys, DVDs (though we just signed into Netflix etc - TVs in all the bedrooms and the lounge) and books. The location was great - just a short drive into the New Forest and a walk to the beach. The WiFi worked well and it’s got all the essentials for a great holiday.

Such a beautiful location and a great space to stay in. My family and I had a great time. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Moorhen Cabin. It had everything we could possibly need, felt luxurious and comfortable and was in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Carolynn was extremely friendly & helpful. The location was perfect for walking and cycling as it was on route 26 of the cycle network. Not far to drive to the beach & some very nice pubs. We enjoyed The Greyhound in Sydling St Nicholas and the cafe on the Symondsbury Estate near Bridport. Our welcome treats were lovely too!

We loved our stay and it’s perfect for families. The caravan is in a brilliant location and perfect for visiting Swanage and surrounding area. The caravan site is also brilliant and has a pool and shop and restaurant.

We had a fantastic few days at the Hyde, which was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Laura had put a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch, as well as the delicious Dorset Apple cake! There are lots of eating options walkable from the Hyde and we had two fab days out at Arne and Corfe Castle. Would definitely recommend The Hyde and the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
