We had a great stay! Lindsay has thought of everything you could possibly need and has the house exceptionally clean. The photos looked great but in person this house is absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back! Our furbaby Duncan also loved the treats and all of the little dog friendly touches. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We’ve stayed in many Airb&bs & Antony’s place was one of the best. The photos don’t do it justice - it is even more high-spec & beautiful & the living space & bedrooms are huge with big TVs in both bedrooms & living room - what a treat! The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with jam, milk & condiments & even an air fryer! It was perfect for our family of 4 - a great location in a peaceful neighbourhood but near a supermarket & eateries. Antony was very helpful & super-quick to respond when I messaged him with a query & the PowerPoint booklet explaining hot water & heating instructions was very useful too. We used the Barn as a base for visiting Liverpool & it was an easy 25-minute drive to the city centre. We very much enjoyed our stay & hope very much to return. I can’t recommend it highly enough - many thanks to Antony & Sammy for a great stay!

In a quiet spot I’m St Helen’s . I chose it to get to Lea Green station easily to attend a conference . However there was an issue with the car park so had to go from St Helens junction. Super accessible from the motorway and only 20 mins into Manchester. Clean comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely use again !

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. On arrival, we were greeted at the door by Paul who is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He showed us up to our room, ensuring we had all we needed and recommending local eateries. The bedroom & private bathroom were both absolutely stunning. We enjoyed a bubble bath on our first night in the spacious, beautifully decorated bathroom and felt like we were in a luxury suite. The bed was super comfy & we both slept very well. Delicious pastries and cheeses were provided for continental breakfast. Can’t recommend highly enough and will be returning next year, if not sooner. Huge thanks to Paul & his wife x
