Best place for get away! Excellent location that’s within five minutes to everything (beach, boardwalk, plenty of dining and entertainment options, shops …) but so private and quiet with stunning views with tons of space. The kayak launching dock is only 200 feet away and the water is only 1-4 feet deep for the most part - my family loves it! The view and amenities from all three floors of the townhouse are all great. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and seasonings. With each bedroom having its own private bath, it is perfect for a get away. Host also communicates very well and very responsive. Only positive things to say and will surely come back again…

This is a great cottage for staying in the Lewes area! We took three grandkids, ages 9,12,& 14 on their spring break and this was the perfect landing spot. It was super close to the bike trails, their favorite restaurant (Mr. P's!) and has a huge back yard where they could play and practice their lacrosse. Spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms made it so cozy, plus a smart TV was their delight on a less than great weather day. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything needed for any meal ate in. This is just the perfect place!

We had a family gathering with my mom for Thanksgiving at Rob’s place and it was amazing and so nice. Had all the amenities and more for all of us , especially in the kitchen because we all like to cook a lot !! The rooftop is so very nice with the view and we all were like, WOW this is beautiful and to capture sunrises and sunsets. We all enjoyed the theater room watching great movies and having popcorn ! We will definitely be back to enjoy family time and the beach, of which was only a 1 min walk. Oh and enjoyed art work in the house !!🎨🖌️

What a lovely, peaceful place to stay for a couple of nights as a family. Great access to the beach. Also situated in the midst of a wildlife refuge, with great birding available. It's a drive to other locations for grocery (6 miles), and then great restaurants in nearby Milford or Lewes. The apartment/cottage is well-stocked with a wonderful kitchen and open area. Everything was clean and comfortable!

We had such an incredible experience renting from Janna! She was attentive to communication from the moment I booked until we checked out. Her house is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice! The scenic views and multiple ambient outdoor areas were fantastic. A great area for groups as it provides many opportunities for comfortable and relaxing smaller gatherings within a large group. Can’t recommend this property enough and hope to visit again one day!

Everything was beautiful and peaceful. House, furnishings, pool, scenery were all perfect. We appreciated that the house was so well equipped.
