Monthly Rentals in Surfside

We spent a very enjoyable month at Susan's place escaping the New York winter. We were very comfortable and especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and many gifts Susan left for us upon arrival. The neighborhood is laid back and the house is walking distance to the Bal Harbor shops and Surfside beach and restaurants. We had to leave a few days earlier than expected and Susan was very gracious and flexible about our last minute change. Thanks for a great stay Susan!

Host Jost and assistant Frederico were very caring. They were always helpful. The house was clean and everything was considered ! There is a balcony where you will wake up with the sounds of birds and a spotless terrace pool. 30 minutes by car to the full city center such as Ocean drive, 2 kilometers from the beach and within walking distance to the Bal harbour shops.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. A Publix two blocks away. The lounge chair and umbrella are great. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's a 25/30 min drive to South Beach.
