Beach condo vacation rentals in Sunset Beach

Had a great time very clean and peaceful my host was amazing and very communicative definitely coming back!

My family and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved the place and the location. We had to book it last minute after our other Airbnb cancelled 2 days before the trip. Joyce was very helpful and kind which was a relief after booking it such short notice. It’s right on the beach and the condo was super spacious, clean, and homey. Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Kristin was so responsive! This was a last minute booking because our hotel accommodations were horrible. Kristin responded after hours to my inquiries and gave us unbelievable assistance. She got us in on an early check in the very next day. The unit was spotless. My wife, who is a massive clean freak, even commented that even the blinds and window seals were dust free. This comfortably fit our family of four. The location was perfect. Just south of Clearwater outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourism. Great restaurants within a short drive or even an afternoon stroll. This was “THE” first time that we have stayed at and Airbnb and not had an issue with cleanliness or functionality. Everything was as described in the listing. Thank you to Kristin and the “Welcome Y’all” team! We will definitely book with this host on our next vacation to Clearwater!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo in Indian Shores! Traveling with our two young children, we really appreciated how easy it was to get to the beach—just steps away, making it perfect for a stress-free family vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, especially when our flight plans changed, which made the trip even smoother. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The property was on a gorgeous section of the Gulf Coast and the public portions were vwry welk maintained. The condo was pretty and had every convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place. You’re steps away from the beach. Had an issue with the keurig leaking / not working and it was replaced within a few hours! Highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Alison’s place. We are very familiar with St Pete and we’re in town to visit family, and can honestly say it is the perfect location. Our only complaint is the strands of hair that we found throughout the rental, but everything else was perfect! We will definitely book another stay! In fact, we’re checking our schedules as we speak as this is the ONLY place we’ve found (hotels included) that offers amazing amenities, great location, and an even better price! Oh, how we miss the days when St Pete was a hidden gem and everything was affordable! If you are interested in booking, don’t hesitate and book now!

We loved our stay at this condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular of the water. The condo was just the right size for us and very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. We had all we needed for our 4 day stay. Hannah was super responsive to messages and gave us recommendations on several eateries which were wonderful. We loved that Doc Ford’s restaurant was right next door and walkable. We loved the pool and hot tub along with plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables. We appreciated that they supplied beach towels too. The neighbors at the condo were all very friendly as well. The location is on a busy street so you can’t walk elsewhere (except Doc’s) and it’s a little tricky to turn out left (toward the beach). But this traffic did not diminish our stay-just informing here. It’s a short drive to Johns Pass-our favorite beach spot. Overall, a great stay and we would be very happy to return here.

Such a beautiful condo! We loved watching the dolphins right off the balcony! We paid for a dolphin tour and our kids said watching at the condo was better! The condo is beautiful and the owners are very responsive! Would stay again!

We had a great time. Very very nice place to stay. Beach was right there. Not crowded even on the weekend. Just wonderful. Lots of seafood restaurants around the place. Very comfortable and large, enough space for 5 adults and one child. No hesitation in giving it 5 stars.

The place was great- very clean, exactly like the pictures, within walking distance of many restaurants and ice cream shops.

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and even thoughtful touches like local snacks and a guidebook with great recommendations. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate—it’s truly a gem!

We had a great vacation! We appreciate the flexibility of our check in which was simple. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach and walking distance to so much h but highly recommend John’s Pass that has plenty of bars, stores, restaurants and amenities. We went water skiing and had a great time. Condo was clean and filled with all the amenities for coffee, beach and bathroom! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing vacation with our adult children. The location was great and the condo was a perfect fit for our group. The condo was beautiful and super clean. Paper towels, toilet paper, soap and laundry detergent were all provided. That was super helpful, although we did replace what we used. There were 2 coolers which was great to have for the beach along with beach chairs and beach towels. We did wish there were just a few extra chairs so that everyone had a chair. We had 7 people in our group and only 4 chairs. We ended up finding a couple extra that people were giving away on the beach. We added those 2 chairs to the collection. Our boys were glad to have a football to toss around on the beach. They did that every day. They did mention that beach cornhole or some other activity would have been nice to have. The boys get bored of just sitting on the beach. We loved the big balcony and enjoyed the super warm hot tub many nights. Beds were very comfortable!

We had an amazing stay! The unit was very spacious, super clean and very modern decor + amenities. We loved having the option of the private pool and an easy walk to the ocean! Dave provided a ton of information and recommendations for the surrounding area which was a huge help. We hit almost all of his food recommendations and the food was outstanding! We have a 10, 8 and 3 year old and the complex and local happenings are all very kid friendly. One night we had an issue with the Wifi - ended up being more user error on our end Lol! - however Dave called right away to try and trouble shoot and even offered to drive over and help us out himself. Very impressed by that level of service! 10 out 10 highly recommend to all!
