This three bedroom, two bath home has one bedroom set up as a den that has a pull out sleeper. It's minutes to Sumpter Landings or Spanish Springs with restaurants, shopping, and nightly live entertainment. Screened in porches are great for coffee as well as coctails. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there.
