Centrally located in the Village of Poinciana, between the three main town squares, a private suite (bedroom + bath) in The Villages. My home is closest to the Lake Sumter Landing town square. Villages Clean, Comfortable Room & Private Bath

Fiona & I bought our new home in The Villages, Sept 2020. We were successful Airbnb hosts in our prior home since 2017. We are "young" retirees after long careers in aerospace & health care. We absolutely LOVE being hosts & meeting different people. During your stay we will make you very comfortable. We offer complimentary breakfast; tea, coffee, toast, cereal, milk etc. We can get you a guest ID if you plan on using the amenities.
