Monthly Rentals in Summerland

It’s a beautiful setting, with a professionally landscaped backyard and private entrance with hedges/walls affording privacy, vines/flowers and shaded areas, with multiple outdoor seating areas. Extremely clean, spacious bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed. Less than 10 minutes from beautiful Montecito. Very responsive host, this was easily a five star stay!

Diana's place was beautiful, with views of the garden and the ocean. It was cozy with comfortable couches and beds. We enjoyed walking down to the beach for the sunset, which you could also just watch through the big front window. It was a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Fantastic accommodation in such a cute small coastal town. The bed and linens are so comfy. All the decor is perfectly picked out. We can’t wait to come back for a longer visit!

This place has all you need. It's also near everything! Samuel was also very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to have a late check out, which was amazing since it was our first time in Santa Barbara! Best part, it's pet friendly . Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!
