Vacation rentals with lake access in Sullivan County

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Amber Lake Lodge. Every room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The house is also very well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. One thing everyone noticed was how cozy and warm the house felt. Between the heaters in each room and the pellet stove, we had a very comfortable stay. The owners were very responsive and friendly to our questions. Thank you again Alicia and Jamie for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again!

We loved it! Everything we needed to make the stay perfect. We found it very convenient location to all our scheduled activities and loved playing pool at night! Morning view was incredible.

This is a wonderful stay if you are traveling with kids and pets. So much to do in the amazing basement. The property is fully fenced, allowing your doggo the freedom to roam! Great location. Plenty to do around town.

The Beaver Lake House is a must place to stay. My husband and our furry friends stayed at the house during the winter time and it felt like our home away from home. Brittani and Rich were super helpful and responsive in providing the best possible comfort for us during our stay. We had a short power outage in which Brittani and Rich would reach out if we were ever in need. We were able to relax in the wonderful hot-tub which was at perfect temperature with the views of trees and deers. Would definitely be booking again around the summer time as I see the house is surrounded by a lot of activities that would be best utilized in the summer. (Hence the Lake house name). Definitely recommend you book with Brittani and Rich 10/10 best experiences and wonderful host. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Dana was a great host. We were looking for a quiet place to recharge and plan 2025 and her place was perfect. Two chairs looking out at a pastoral landscape with frozen lake and trees watching the birds and bald eagle fly by. Super peaceful just what we were looking for. We will be back.

Chris’s home was a great place for a group of friends to ring in the new year. Plenty of space for us all to relax, comfortable bedrooms, and the kids in our group really loved the game room.

Beautiful location. So private, with great woods and water views. Our stay was in the winter and we enjoyed watching the snow fall while cozy in front of a roaring fire. The place was clean, cozy with quirky decor. Nice big couch for lounging and great views from every room. Good amenities and well-stocked kitchen.

Joshua was extremely helpful and responsive and gave us excellent t recommendations for things to do nearby. The cottage was lovely, clean and exactly what we needed as a peaceful break from the city!

Jelena's place was perfect for our quick weekend to west point. Everything was just as described and very comfortable and exceptionally clean. She worked with us for our late arrival and our hectic schedule while we were there. We plan on being back for more visits at west point and will be staying here if it is available to us.

Spent the weekend here and it was wonderful. It snowed over the weekend to make the scenery even more serene. I love the collection of books, puzzles, and games and it was perfect for a little cozy getaway! Patrick was great and was really quick to respond and made sure everything was smooth!

Beautiful cabin equipped with everything one could need. We had a birthday celebration and everyone had a wonderful time. The snow just made the scenery even more spectacular. Thank you Jason for being a perfect host!

We were so happy because their place is so similar in style to ours in East Hampton, Ny. Our son and wife and new baby live right down the hill so we could easily walk. Jeffersonville is up and coming! Great breakfast places, bookstore, lots of thrifting. This is going to be a hot spot soon. Ruth has a fireplace, great music to pick from and an outdoor eating area. We were there when it was 17 degrees and we were toasty. Remind older people to go slowly down the outside steps. But I am 75 and no problem. There is a lovely master bedroom and a loft suitable for kids. The place is clean and lovely. We will definitely be back. There are streams and lakes and gentle green hills. Great for biking and kayaking. People in the area wave and are friendly. We felt totally safe.

Wow wow wow! What an absolute gem this place was! We had the best time. The home is very comfortable, the beds were wonderful, this place has it all! Winter time is a beautiful time to go. The frozen lake is stunning! The fireplace made every night so cozy and magical and finding the drawer of marshmallows and graham crackers really was the cherry on top! It was peaceful, secluded, and watching the snow fall was a dream. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We appreciated all the little details! It made such a difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. I can’t wait to come back in the summer time and swim! The town of Livingston manor, just down the street, was great too!

This was the perfect cozy retreat. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Debra’s Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a beautifully decorated space that felt like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere was immediately inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area provided a lovely spot to enjoy them. Debbie and Mike were absolutely fabulous host! I can’t wait to go back again. This will be a frequent trip we take!

The place was awesome and just what we were looking for our weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked as we made many meals during our stay and the house had everything you need! We would 100% stay here again!
