Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sullivan County

If you like camping whether it be by tent or in a platform tent or cabin, you will really enjoy this property. Lots or privacy, a place to cook or have a campfire or just sit on the porch and enjoy the summer sounds and the stars. The location is perfect to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Jeffersonville. It is a very short drive to the Bethel Woods Property if you are looking to attend a concert.

We were a group of 12 women celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday. The home was spectacular! The lakeview from both the upper and lower deck was amazing, and the sunsets were beyond amazing!! The entire place was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Loved the game room with the 50"s style deco and all the games available to play. The hot tub on the bottom deck was one of the highlights of our stay. We also enjoyed going out on the lake in the kayaks. We had dinner at Cellaio at the Resorts World Catskills, and they graciously accommodated our entire party. The steaks were beyond amazing! Unfortunately, we left a couple of personal items (our negligience) but the host has been gracious to have them available for pickup as soon as we can make it back to Monticello. All in all, we had a fabulous and unforgettable weekend!!

I came after a big deadline & a lot of late nights - I needed time off. The Inn at Tyler Hill was just right. Delanie is so caring - she’s really just so nice! I felt so hosted in the best way. The bed was very comfortable - none of that bed-away-from-home nonsense. I slept well. Shower is fantastic. I took two showers a day just bc the shower is so great. So quiet. The only sounds were wind or rain & snow falling off the roof. All well enjoyed while on the sofa, feet up, wearing one of the inn’s Frette robes, sipping a cup of coffee & reading a magazine while listening to my little dog snore. 10/10 would rec & it is v close to NYC. Pro-tip: wine shop on your left on the way in from NYC when you reach Cochecton (Koh-shek-tuhn.) & if you want dinner your first night, stop in Calicoon on your way in and eat at the Creek Grill. Also, if you are driving from the inn/Cochecton to Calicoon & you are going down a dirt road, uturn, go left & let the map adjust.

This is a truly beautiful, well decorated house in lovely surroundings. You feel like you’re in a photo shoot! It was perfect for our family of three plus our doodle. It’s not for a rough and tumble family, but wonderful for anyone looking to spend time in the Catskills and retreat to an inspiring home. You can hike right out your front door and do check out the owner’s recommendations in terms of towns to see. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay and thanks to Erin I was able to celebrate my disabled mom’s 64th birthday together in the poconos! Her place is even more beautiful in person, and she was extremely kind, responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The home was immaculately clean and plenty of amenities and dishes, board games for our trip. The surroundings are so gorgeous we loved it. The beds are so comfy and it was so beautiful waking up to those surroundings and the screened in porch is soo serene. I want to come back during winter season because her place is like 4 minutes drive from the ski lift!! Be prepared to take your trash to the compactor near the community center when you leave.

Wow what an amazing stay! This location was super private with an amazing scenic drive/views. So much to explore and there’s so much wildlife in that area. Jason was super responsive and friendly. The house is very homey. The hot tub/pool is probably the coolest hot tub I’ve ever seen. We brought our two dogs and our only issue was the ticks. We had ticks on us and the dogs got a couple so just be extra cautious with that, but that’s part of nature lol so overall, I wouldn’t change a thing. Great place, great host.

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

Loved our stay here! So cozy and the view is just awesome. Hope to stay again soon!
