Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sullivan County

If you like camping whether it be by tent or in a platform tent or cabin, you will really enjoy this property. Lots or privacy, a place to cook or have a campfire or just sit on the porch and enjoy the summer sounds and the stars. The location is perfect to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Jeffersonville. It is a very short drive to the Bethel Woods Property if you are looking to attend a concert.

Our stay was great. The kids had a fantastic time downstairs in the playroom. The host was easy to work with, answered any and all questions we had and was very responsive while we were there. They even let us in early upon check in. The views are fantastic and we rung in the New Year in fashion at Michelle and JDs home. Thanks for having us!

I came after a big deadline & a lot of late nights - I needed time off. The Inn at Tyler Hill was just right. Delanie is so caring - she’s really just so nice! I felt so hosted in the best way. The bed was very comfortable - none of that bed-away-from-home nonsense. I slept well. Shower is fantastic. I took two showers a day just bc the shower is so great. So quiet. The only sounds were wind or rain & snow falling off the roof. All well enjoyed while on the sofa, feet up, wearing one of the inn’s Frette robes, sipping a cup of coffee & reading a magazine while listening to my little dog snore. 10/10 would rec & it is v close to NYC. Pro-tip: wine shop on your left on the way in from NYC when you reach Cochecton (Koh-shek-tuhn.) & if you want dinner your first night, stop in Calicoon on your way in and eat at the Creek Grill. Also, if you are driving from the inn/Cochecton to Calicoon & you are going down a dirt road, uturn, go left & let the map adjust.

I had an amazing stay and thanks to Erin I was able to celebrate my disabled mom’s 64th birthday together in the poconos! Her place is even more beautiful in person, and she was extremely kind, responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The home was immaculately clean and plenty of amenities and dishes, board games for our trip. The surroundings are so gorgeous we loved it. The beds are so comfy and it was so beautiful waking up to those surroundings and the screened in porch is soo serene. I want to come back during winter season because her place is like 4 minutes drive from the ski lift!! Be prepared to take your trash to the compactor near the community center when you leave.

Margaret's place has a lot going for it! House was nice, plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. The adjacent hotel was great, with a pool and goats, which the kids loved! Hiking nearby was fun, with a creek the kids enjoyed, plus rafting along the Delaware River. The small main street in Narrowsburg was cool, with a couple nice restaurants, book store, coffee shop and nice small farmers market. Definitely worth a trip!

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

My brothers and I loved our stay here. Lake houses are always fantastic, and a lake house in winter has its own special charms. The house is clean and cozy and had everything we needed to hunker down and enjoy ourselves and all the peace and beauty of the surroundings. You can grab some groceries in towns nearby or enjoy a delicious meal at The Old Foundation or Tavern on Main. Sunetra is a wonderful host. Book your stay and prepare to relax and enjoy!

Perfect sized space for our needs. The space was super clean with all sorts of amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, shower, fresh coffee beans with a grinder and all the toys just to name a few. Noteworthy is that this spot was within an hr of 2 ski resorts. I would definitely recommend Michaels spot for a stress free stay. Thanks Michael

Gary is honestly the best host and his home feels like home. if you get an opportunity to book his place you are lucky. Truly a rare find and you will appreciate having such an accommodating host.
