This A-frame escape was exactly what I needed — the perfect break from the city. The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi was absolutely incredible, especially under the stars at night, and the A-frame structure made the whole stay feel like a peaceful retreat.

Hidden gem. Really appreciated the countryside accommodation. The hot tub was nice and hot and we enjoyed a fire right after. The stores were in a close enough proximity if needed. My fiancé was skeptical as it’s right next to another property but we had are own space and we were not disturbed. Also we enjoyed the fresh eggs and being able to bring our fur babies.

This was a nice AirBnB for the area, cozy and felt somewhat secluded despite being viewable from the main road. Perfect for a small dog to roam around on the grassy area, and the hot tub looking out into the back was a nice touch and enjoyable to sit in. We were looking for a relatively short get away from the city, quiet and close enough to things in the area to enjoy, and this fit the bill perfectly. The house was very clean with very clear instructions, and nice touches that made it feel cozy. Highly recommend for 2-4 people, particularly with small dogs.

We had such a great stay at Eugene’s place! The house was perfect for our group — spacious, comfortable, and full of fun things to do. We especially loved the private theatre, the hot tub, and especially the sauna — such a great touch! The volleyball net was a hit, and there were tons of games in the closet that kept us entertained. The kitchen was well-stocked and roomy enough for us to cook meals for our large group, and there were plenty of different areas to hang out in, everyone could find their own space to relax. The towels were plentiful (huge plus) and having access to the washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Eugene was a fantastic host — super friendly, very responsive, and just really helpful all around. We also got to enjoy a few deer sightings right in the yard, which felt magical. We visited the nearby alpaca farm and did the Beer Mountain hike, which was a nice outing. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would absolutely come back. Thank you Eugene!

Lovely, gracious, beautifully-decorated house. There's plenty of space -- it's bigger than the pictures make it look -- and everything was very comfortable. Leah was extremely responsive and made sure we were happy. - In a rainy May, it's less "trails" and more "trackless woodland" - You'll want to bring your own matches and containers for leftover food, but there are plenty of plates etc. for a big group. - I was worried that the road would be disruptive, but it still feels very secluded; aside from a few trucks Monday morning, I barely noticed it. We had a great time, and the area is beautiful!

The house is spacious and elegant. The wooded lot has a pretty creek a little way from the house. We took some walks through the snowy woods and roads beyond the house and could have kept going for a long time - the mountain is peaceful and beautiful. The owners live a few doors down and came by to help set us up before a major snow storm. We had a really nice time.

It is clear Adam and Chrissy take care of this place like their own home. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this place is. Perfectly equipped, yet doesn’t feel cluttered. Cozy, tasteful, full of wonderful little details, clear instructions and good vibes overall. Location is amazing and perfect for days of reflection / retreat in the mountains. Has all you need in the kitchen, plenty of books, board games, movies, records, even Atari and an AMAZING outdoor spa. Best of all is the water stream running below: natural forest + running water sounds - not even headspace can give you this to perfection. Outdoor seating area also lovely. I felt at home from beginning to end. Hosts incredibly responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return !

This was our second time staying at Julius’ beautiful home on the Delaware River. We absolutely love the location, the river access, and waking up to the view from the back deck every morning. The house is spacious and fit our family of five plus another relative with room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our gracious host!

We had the most wonderful stay at Larry’s cabin in Smallwood! From the moment we booked, Larry was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative. His advice on local activities and attractions was spot on and truly made our trip memorable. The cabin itself was cozy, warm, and inviting—exactly what we were hoping for. The fireplace was such a fantastic feature, adding so much charm to the space. It was incredibly easy to use, and Larry thoughtfully supplied plenty of firewood, kindling, and paper, making it hassle-free to enjoy cozy evenings by the fire. We also loved watching the local wildlife around the property! The deer often came up to the cabin, and it was such a treat to see them up close—it added to the peaceful, natural atmosphere of the area. Our dog, Lily, had the time of her life exploring the yard, which was perfect for her! On Larry’s recommendation, we visited the Smallwood dog park, and it was a highlight for Lily. Great location with a great host, Bridie’s home is a wonderful place to experience NY state. From the privacy and comfort, to the peacefulness of the area, this was a much needed relief from the city life. Bridie as a host was very accommodating, had great recommendations and info about the local area, and made our stay welcome to where I’d recommend to anyone considering!

Josh’s place was just what we needed. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, farm animals to pet! A sauna in the middle of the property, I mean come on! Josh was very commutative and so helpful during our stay any time we needed him.

A lovely quiet spot in the countryside where we felt right at home. The fully equipped kitchen was particularly helpful for breakfasts and the house's close proximity to Liberty meant it wasn't far to go get dinner. John's communication with us was excellent and check-in and check-out were straightforward, as well. If we visit the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Yan is a great host and his property is a well maintained family operation. The staff on site were very accommodating and kind - they were hard at work keeping the pool clean all weekend during a 100 degree heatwave! This listing has a rustic cabin feel which is great for getting away with a big group of friends for the weekend. Yan allowed us to checkout anytime we wanted which was extremely generous. Recommended!

This is such a fantastic space for all ages. The downstairs playroom alone was amazing for the kids. Big open spaces inside and outside and very straightforward instructions for getting in and leaving. Definitely recommend!

Brian was an excellent host! He has a lovely home and it was perfect for our long weekend with our family. Absolutely beautiful outdoor surroundings with two fire pits. Lovely decor throughout his home and even a little coffee closet (so cute!). Brian was so accommodating and responsive to our many requests and always very helpful.

I stayed at this cozy barn unit for a month, and it was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for working from home or relaxing on the couch. The layout was thoughtfully designed, and the snowy landscape made it feel like a winter wonderland—I even saw deer in the backyard! The location was quiet yet close to charming downtown areas with craft coffee shops, grocery stores, and boutique shops. The property matched the listing perfectly, and everything felt just as described. The host was fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and quick to address a couple of small issues while offering great local recommendations. The bed, couch, and desk chair were all super comfortable, making it easy to settle in and enjoy my stay. I’d definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway.

Beautiful home and surrounding town — the cutest “Main Street” in the Catskills. The home itself is gorgeous, great design and artistic details. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is perfection. Home is quiet and secluded but not in the middle of nowhere, very easy to get to town and know other people are nearby. We had an incredible weekend, and the house was a great spot to unwind, for adults and kids. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Trish & Phil.

Omg house is amazing. Really clean rooms and bathrooms. We have 12 ppl 6 kids and 6 adults and more than enough space. Host make basement for kids with a lot pf toys and games. Kids were in big playground. We spent great time with friends for New Year. Thank you so much.
