Great host and property! The home is absolutely adorable, but still with a ton of historic charm. Amy is clearly dedicated to cleanliness and the home was absolutely spotless. The size of the property would make it great for extended stay, but it was perfect for us for a quick overnight. Thank you so much and we hope to stay with you again!

Very clean, nicely decorated. Lots of amenities. Not insulated so bring socks. Older house but well-maintained. Very responsive and kind host!

Second time staying with Stacy, we love Perry Lake and will continue to stay every year during deer season. Clear instructions and felt right at home.

The temperature outside was in the 20s at night but we were very cozy in our Topeka home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of warm bedding was available. There was a nice set up at the coffee bar in the dining room. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee. Hot chocolate and tea were also provided. The location is very convenient to Brewster Place retirement community. I believe it’s about a 5 minute drive. We’d be happy to stay at Kris’s place again when we come back to Topeka.
