We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! We felt very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and with the children at night a bit more challenging for the toilet trip, but otherwise there are many play opportunities and toys for the little ones.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. Full kitchen equipment, everything you need to feel super comfortable. Communication was really great with immediate help or problems. I will definitely be coming back 🔥🙏🏼 VG Felsner

The Vilstalhütte is simply fantastic – perfect for unwinding and re-energizing. The location is beautiful and the cabin is well equipped, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can tell right away: It was planned with heart here. Nic is super friendly, helpful and makes you feel completely comfortable. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway!

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

This location is a real oasis of well-being, quiet and very tidy. The fireplace creates a warm beautiful atmosphere. It is really a perfect place to switch off and unwind. Communication with Marco was great and quick. Thank you Marco

We stayed with Stefanie on the way through. She was a great host and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The place matches the pictures and was completely sufficient for the night. Children definitely have fun here.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 10 adults and 6 children and felt very comfortable! The many individual bedrooms and the large kitchen, which provides seating for everyone, are great. Two refrigerators and plenty of dishes are great for large groups. We also spent a lot of time in the fenced garden or the barn with countless playground equipment. Highly recommended!

Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

We spent wonderful days over New Year's Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is clean and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable. Lars, who lives on the ground floor below the apartment and is very friendly, pleasant and helpful, also contributed to this. Every day we used it for nice walks in the snowy and quiet surroundings. We stayed here in Bodenmais for about a week and felt very comfortable. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Arrival, stay and check-out were uncomplicated, very friendly and very pleasant. The ski resort on the Großer Arber is perfect for families. The area offers many excursion options for all ages. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We had a very nice weekend at Milan's house. The house offers a lot of space and especially the common area is a highlight. It is very nicely located and you can also be a little louder as a large group. I would book the house again immediately.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful Christmas together here! Everything was beautifully decorated and welcoming and our hosts were lovely. Great space and location for a quiet retreat and not too far from Regensburg. Definitely need a car for transportation. Would stay again for sure.

The house is great and the location really idyllic. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The amenities were also great. In addition to the essential utensils, you will find books, games and toys for kids. Manuela was very helpful and flexible, communication was perfect. An absolute recommendation and happy to come back!
