We felt immediately welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area right upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the oven was already prepared so we could arrive and relax directly. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days away from everyday life again, we would come back anytime!

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

We stayed with Angelika for Halloween. It was a great place to stay. Just like in the pictures. Super cozy and beautifully decorated. Angelika was always easily accessible and super friendly. Also a good place to stay for families with children. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the property for 3 days in August 2024. The apartment is optimal for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was very modern and clean. There were plenty of towels provided. The kitchenette even has an oven and a fridge with freezer, which was very pleasant at the tropical temperatures. The bedside tables have USB ports. The whole place makes a very loving and thoughtful impression. The information in the information folder was well prepared. Connecting to the wifi was extremely easy thanks to QR code. In the hallway there were all kinds of brochures to the tourist attractions in the area. There was also a current calendar of events. The best part was that thanks to the Aktivcard Bayerischer Wald, many of the attractions are already included. The outdoor area is also very nice. In summer there is a pool. There is also a small Kneipp pool and sauna available for rent.

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

It was just wonderful. We went there for a relaxing weekend and a birthday celebration. The house is great for having bigger groups. Especially the terrace roof is perfect, you can sit outside whenever you want. Milan is a great host, very nice and answers really fast. It was a pleasure to stay there, hopefully we will revisit him!

We stayed at Nicole's place for three nights in the pre-Christmas season. We felt very comfortable and used the days to really relax. The house is in a very quiet location and invites you to linger in various places that are cozily decorated and furnished. Nicole is also a dedicated host who took great care of us. Very pleasant large house with a total of three apartments within a house. Twice two bedrooms and one three bedrooms, always with at least one bathroom and kitchen. In addition, a large recreation room. In addition, it had been thought everywhere that children could also be present, so there were beds/high chairs/children's tables and some toys. Really great!! Lucie was a very kind host. We'll be back for sure!

We were there in late autumn/winter to just unplug and relax from the work stress before the Christmas hustle and bustle starts, and it was the right choice for that. The cabin looks like in the pictures and is very modern, beautiful and furnished with love for detail. From our point of view, a carpet and armchair would still be very good in the living room to increase the coziness, but apart from it, we were delighted with the induction stove and the kitchen equipment, the sound system and TV with existing Netflix account, the cozy bed, the loving autumn decoration and the general cleanliness. There are minor opportunities for improvement, but all in all we felt very comfortable and returned from the holiday well recovered. The automatic pellet stove warms the cabin before when you arrive and you hardly have to do anything, but constantly makes quiet noises. That's a matter of taste. I thought it was good, my girlfriend prefers wood-burning stoves.

Our visit to Gossersdorf was relaxed, just what we wanted. Unfortunately, the weather did not quite play along, but that let us enjoy the cozy fire even more. The hosts were super friendly and supported us with information if desired. We can imagine visiting again.

super nice and cozy house with everything you need: great large garden, cozy, hidden terrace and a good sauna. we had a quiet and relaxing stay and the surrounding area offers varied hiking areas. We were all in all very satisfied!

We took a trip with our family (12 adults and 2 children) to spend Christmas at the AirBnB in Milan. The experience was amazing. The cabin is very well equipped, especially for children, with a dreamy third floor full of toys. Communication with Milan was very smooth. Always responded quickly and in a timely manner to our questions and requests. Check-in was flexible. Even though there was a time limit (6PM), Milan and his collaborators were flexible and waited 30-40 min more when we let him know we wouldn't be on time. The place and the house are even better than the photos say. The only recommendation for future guests looking to go to this place, especially in winter (and getting out of the control of Milan and therefore did not influence our rating which was 5/5), is to take into account the cost of energy. Our group of 14 people we pay €436 in energy+timber+ tourism tax for 5 days, additional to the rental value AirBnB

The house was quaint and in an idyllic location. Walks along the river with the swans swimming by was wonderful and the hike to the castle ruins was quick and easy and allowed for a beautiful view of the city and surrounding area. The cobblestone streets and one lane roads are reminiscent of a time gone by, and just add to the loveliness of the town. The home was as advertised, a home from the 1200's. The sign on the Brunntor just outside the house says 1250. It has been remodeled nicely but is severely in need of a through cleaning. The spider webs were abundant and just covered many of the art pieces. he house was well equipped with all you need to cook meals, and had ample space. The washing machine and dryer were convenient. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the view from the upstairs windows was divine. It is a bit chilly in the house this time of year as it is a bit drafty, so make sure to buy some wood from a local Toom store and use the woodstove.

We spent 2 days with our dogs in the pond house and enjoyed it a lot. Super relaxing, idyllic and beautiful. The place was super clean and cozy, the terrace with the creek and swimming pond in front was also super nice. Highly recommended, we will gladly come back!

We spent the autumn holidays in the cottage with the family. Everything in the house was as described and worked out well. The renovated old building has its own charm and we liked it very much. For me with a height of just under 2 m, the partly very tight door frames were very painful several times, but this was pointed out in advance! ;) There are many amazing excursion destinations in the surrounding area, so we didn't get bored this week. We would love to come again anytime.

We had a wonderful time in Rabenbrunn. The place is fantastic for unwinding, but also offers beautiful experiences in the vicinity. There was also a lot to discover and play for the children. Communication was straightforward and proactive. The house is nicely decorated and cozy, nothing was missing. Clear recommendation !
