House vacation rentals in Germany

We had a super nice and relaxing stay in the beautiful house, the sauna and the hot tub were easy to use. When we had questions, we immediately received an answer and the accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, especially for cooking.

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we'll come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the big TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

Everything was good. Very well located in nature and very nice accommodation.

It was a fantastic place to stay, no human soul there, whether dog or human we could move freely. Everything was clean and everything you need was there. We felt very comfortable. The hot tub was the absolute highlight:-))) Will definitely be back

This home is amazing and very intentionally designed!! My young adult family plus a teen felt comfortable and right at home. It had plenty of space and bathrooms for my family of five, and it has all of the modern amenities and luxuries. The serene outside enveloped us with awe and adventure. After a day of hiking, we enjoyed coming back to utilize the spa facilities at the home. Manuel and his wife are right next door and are very friendly and helpful to any needs or questions that may arise. My family said this has been their favorite Airbnb to stay in ever!

Nice airbnb, very tidy, clean and cozily furnished. Good beds, slept wonderfully. For us this was a nice and quiet base for visiting historic cities in the area, very worthwhile! The nature reserves are also very beautiful. At the cottage nice company of sweet dogs and cat. Personally, I had some difficulty with the dogs staying outside during the day and night.

It was such a lovely and relaxing weekend for us. Everything was great from front to back. We felt very comfortable. There is a lot of attention to detail in the furnishings (interior design, outdoor area, etc.). Sandra and her husband are very nice and likeable hosts who go out of their way and are there if you need anything. Thank you for everything. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Top location with a nice terrace. Very good amenities. The landlords live in the basement. Ideal for a family with 2 children. However, since the bedroom upstairs is completely open and has no ventilation, the house is not optimal for 2 couples.

Arnbruck is the perfect starting point for hiking the 'big 8' mountains in the Bavarian Forest. The house is in a chalet style and is extremely comfortable. To come back from a tiring hike and take a sauna or light the fireplace rounds out the day and makes Johann's accommodation a very special holiday home.

Beautiful stay! The only thing I would change would be the mattresses of the beds.

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

The house is even more beautiful and equipped than in the photos, it is full of surprises, super quality amenities, different places to rest and have a good time together. The view of the village from the terrace of lime trees will remain in our most beautiful family memories! We hope to be back very quickly!

We spent a very relaxing weekend in Paul's beautiful cottage. It is just as idyllic and lovingly furnished as described. Paul and his family were always approachable and warmly welcomed us. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The house is beautiful, inside and out. It has been renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is also a fantastic garden, with some places to sit outside. We really didn't miss anything here and we would have liked to just stay here.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable – quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great airbnb. Very nicely located and one of the cutest cottages I've seen. Anything you need is present.

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

It is a beautiful tiny house and very cozy and comfortable! Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at the campsite due to the school classes, but otherwise very pleasant. A nice restaurant is also on site and directly the Illmenau for swimming. Shopping is also very near. Boat rental is also possible on site. A very special house and experience, thank you very much and happy to come back :)

It was a great vacation. I booked the place on very short notice (1 day before check-in). Communication with David was great and there were no problems. The house is beautifully restored. You immediately feel comfortable and have a great view from the balcony.

Kerrin asked us at the end of our weekend if we were missing anything in the house or if something didn't quite suit us. The only thing we could notice was that the pepper mill was a little stuck. That's all there is to it. The rest is perfect :)

An absolute oasis of well-being <3 My girlfriends and I were here for a girls' weekend. We wanted to rest, relax and just be for ourselves - it was really just perfect. The house is like a warm hug that invites you to let go and we immediately felt at home. There is enough space for 6 people, the conservatory is a dream and the terrace and garden offer enough space to relax. The sauna is of course a wonderful bonus, overlooking nature. And the fireplace ensures a very pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The location is wonderful if you are looking for tranquility and nature and want to escape everyday life. Everything you need is there and communication with Christian worked smoothly. A definite recommendation <3
