This is an outstanding place to stay - the cabin is charming and extremely well appointed, the setting is quiet and beautiful. In particular, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything one could need to prepare full meals and not have to go out to restaurants. The wood-burning stove is a wonderful feature, which makes the cabin very cosy. Tom also picked us up from Cham train station, which was kind and helpful. We hope to stay again!

A nice quiet and top equipped accommodation. We used it to visit the Therme Erding during the day. We'd love to come back when I travel the area.

Really perfect . As soon as we arrived, Koßlarn appeared to us like a charming village,as well as Maria's house. There was nothing missing inside for a great stay: The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable just like the living room ,equipped with two large sofas . The garden located at the back of the house offers a quiet and very pleasant open space to the outside. No wonder Maria is a great host , because she was truly an angel to us, and those who have already come will understand! Thanks again Maria for your hospitality and kindness.

We felt very comfortable on the farm and enjoyed the time very much. In the house there was everything one could ever wish for. It was especially great that the children could go to the horses at any time (into the children's area), were driven around with the tractor and also had their play city in the rain. The creek with the hammocks gave us many relaxing hours, as the children didn't want to leave. With a horseback ride, treetop path, Keltendorf, summer toboggan run and great swimming opportunities nearby, the program was complete. A real recommendation!!

The property is very spacious . Karin takes care of you immediately if you have a concern. All in all , we had a lovely time with her.

We loved the place. It's spacious and has everything you need. Klara was very communicative and helped us immediately when we had a question. It was a small drive to Arber ski area. Bodenmais is peacefull. We recommend it for sure.

We spent a wonderful extended weekend with a group of nine friends at this place and felt completely comfortable right from the start. The house was well equipped and left nothing to be desired – everything we needed for our stay was available. Communication with Hannah was excellent; she was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place! :)

very nice apartment in a great location. very good kitchen equipment, comfortable bed, cozy furnishings. The apartment is located in a large complex from the 70s, but takes some getting used to with a nice sauna and small swimming pool.

Katharina and Max's small apartment was ideal for our stopover on our way back to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. Bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not far away. RIGHT! The accommodation is very nice and close to the center. Everything is very well appointed and the bedding is very comfortable! Annegret and Robert are very welcoming and attentive. If you need to come to Deggendorf, this is the place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

The apartment is large and has everything needed. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at any time with him.

The apartment is a nice size and very attractive. The main bed is a queen and is comfortable but the pillows are very flat. The second bed is not very comfortable but usable. The bathroom is big but the shower is very tight. Now for the positives. The street that it is on is so quiet!! And in a great spot in the old town near food shopping and bars. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the apartment really is. The apartment even has a very reasonable priced stocked refrigerator. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family and we would rent it again in a second!

Clean and nicely furnished apartment with fun colorful bathroom that we liked very much. The city center was within 15-20 min walk as described. The stay was very nice and we had a lot of fun.

A very warm couple! Both went out of their way to explain everything and answer any questions. The location was great! 100 meters away is a grocery store and drugstore as well as the Inn for walking. Within 15 cozy minutes walk in the city. The apartment is small but nice and I felt very comfortable. I knew that if I have any questions, I could definitely reach out to Christel or her husband! The private parking in front of the door was gold value. Thank you for everything, dear ones!

Nice little very clean apartment. It has everything you need. Coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, spices.....If you are good on foot, come to the old town after 2.5 km. Checking in and out is easily done via a key box.

Super central location, in the middle of the old town and still not noisy. The apartment is very nice in an old house. Very cozy and equipped with everything. The communication with Thomas and his dad was great. We had a very nice stay.
