We had a wonderful stay at this pristine cottage with beautiful surroundings. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and friendly. Would love to be back here.

We had such a wonderful time in Skagaströnd! The place was super clean, cozy and very quiet. All of the instructions were spot-on. Before our arrival, they had turned on the heat for us, which was a pleasant surprise on a cold November day and definitely made our day after a few hikes in the cold. The hosts were extremely responsive during our stay, even messaging us on the first day, just checking in, making sure everything was alright. It was so nice waking up to a beautiful mountain view on one side and the small, snow-covered town by the sea on the other. The Northern Lights in the evening did not disappoint either. Just Amazing! There is a grocery store in walking distance and a few nice walks right there in town. We recommend checking out the nature trail by the coast. It's got a tiny cabin offering shelter from the wind right by the cliffs with huge windows facing the ocean. Plus, they got a pretty cool artist residency program in town, too. Highly recommend this place!

We felt right at home. In the kitchen there is everything we needed for cooking. Bed was very cozy! Even games were available in the air bnb. Even without the northern lights, you have a wonderful light on the distant lights of the city. We loved it! We arrived in a storm at cold temperatures of -10 degrees and the apartment was really nicely preheated, despite the strong wind!
