Such a lovely house. Tom was really helpful and communicative. The house is 200 metres to the village and beach. A lovely stay. My kids loved the bunk beds and wood burner.

Would highly recommend for both families and professional visits. There may not be parking outside the house, but the local carpark is only 5 minutes away and is very reasonable for both day and overnight charges. Hoping to return for a longer stay sometime next year.

Very conveniently placed in Preston. Opposite shops and a short walk from the beach. Reasonably quiet off season, I imagine it is much busier during the summer. It was perfect for me to visit my friends in Paignton, will probably use again in the future

Mark was a great host, meeting us at the property to give us a tour. Absolutely outstanding property finished to a high end. All our requirements were met at the property and Mark kindly welcomed our stay by providing us with some provisions of milk, bottled water and biscuits to enjoy throughout our stay. Coffee, tea, sugar was also provided along with a pantry store of condiments and more. Hot tub towels provided as well. We definitely recommend this house with a lovely view overlooking the Creek, with views down to Dartmouth. Carol and Mark

This is an excellent property in a great location. It completely matched the description and will be especially appreciated during the summer months when the terrace can be used. We stayed during storm Bert, which was extreme but were very comfortable during extended indoor periods. Access to the drive is tight , as described, but the gradient of the drive compared to the lane caused us to ground the bottom of our car and this should be indicated to other customers with similarly low vehicles. We would definitely return.

This is my second visit and was just as thrilled as the first time. The accommodation is very comfortable with everything you need. The wood burner was an added bonus, wood provided by Annie. Parking is no problem. Access to both Plymouth and Dartmoor is easy. An excellent all round stay. Thank you Annie.

We needed a place to stay to be near Derriford Hospital for a few days and this lovely house was ideal. Gwyn and Jane were very responsive to any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. The house is in a beautifully quiet location with excellent views over the countryside. It was stocked with everything we needed and had obviously been recently renovated and modernised to a very high standard. We would definately come back here, and highly recommend this house and these hosts to everyone seeking accomodation in the Plymouth area.

Pamela has a nice spacious house with all of the amenities that you might want. She is quick to respond and very helpful. The house is up an off road path which is fairly steep, it is a lovely property however some of my party struggled a bit with the hill due to having breathing or mobility issues. For the average person it is no problem at all. I highly recommend the property and Pamela as a host. Thank you Pamela.

We stayed for 1 night but wished we had longer. A lovely modern and clean place. The childrens play park was directly opposite meaning we could see our 5 year old at all times from the living room window and gave him his own independence. Beautiful location with fantastic coastal views just a 2 minute walk away. Very close to the steam train track which we all loved watching the train go by. We would love to return and definitely recommend

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

We had a great week staying at Gate House West. Our 2 year old grandson loved it. The indoor pool was the stand out success....simple booking system and everyone stuck to their time slot. Loads of wild life around the estate .... absolutely beautiful.

Although we've stayed at Goodrington Lodge many times before, this was the first time we'd stayed in apartment 4. It is by far the best of the ones we've previously stayed in. No stairs as it's on the ground floor, large spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean on arrival with everything you could need during your stay. The huge balcony was the best bit for us as the weather was nice and comfortable chairs / sun loungers to relax on are provided looking directly at the sea. As always, Adam is a great host, he is always available should problems arise and responds very quickly. Would highly recommend this apartment & Adam as a host.

We had a lovely time at this house as a mix of 3 families with multiple dogs. The garden and house was beautiful. Lovely big kitchen for all sitting together and the facilities on site were a great extra. Could easily have stayed at the house all weekend and been entertained. The hosts were more than welcoming and were on hand to help with any queries. Already looking forward to re-booking to come back.

Myself and my dog Maggie have just returned from a wonderful four night break at Sam’s place. I’ve stayed in lots of Air B&B properties over the years and this ranks up with the best of them. Quiet and private, lots of space, big comfy bed, en-suite with shower but also a large bath downstairs, large comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. A nice space for a couple (or one man and his dog) to spend a few relaxing days in. This area of south Devon awesome - the coast path between Salcombe and Hope Cove is stunning. Hope Cove is a lovely place, about 15 mins walking from the cottage. The Hope and Anchor pub is nice - good food (and ale!). Burgh Island is worth a visit, especially at low tide - a really unique place, with a nice pub.

Our stay here was great. The Garden Rooms were perfect for our needs. Holls had even put up Xmas decorations for visitors that was a really nice touch. The facilities are really good, well equipped and very cosy. My son and I were walking different routes each day and the Hot Tub was a nice reward for walking over Dartmoor in December ! Holls really made us welcome and it was a pleasure to meet her. 'Thanks Holls' for all the advice and information that really was appreciated. We tried the local Fox Tor cafe and the Prince of Wales pub for food and drinks and both were really nice and welcoming. We were only staying a few days but really could have stayed longer and would highly recommend the garden rooms to anyone looking for a great base to explore Dartmoor and this lovely part of Devon. Thanks Holls from Russ and Ben - we hope to be back again !

I booked this accommodation for a 2 night stay with my little dog. We arrived slightly early and the host was more than happy for me to check in when I arrived. The instructions on how to get into the accommodation are very clear and the hosts came and introduced themselves as I was unloading my car which is a nice little touch to meet them in person. The accommodation is lovely, the annex has everything you would need for a short stay. The garden is very private and was perfect for the dog to have some space to roam around along with some seating for when the weathers nice. I would definitely book this accommodation again :)

Absolutely loved our stay. A really beautiful place, lovely and clean and everything felt like it was nice quality and the space was well thought through. We stayed with our 1 year old and it was a great space for her to walk around inside and to explore the farm and camping area. We especially loved how relaxed it was - a perfect spot for a getaway break that we needed.

The Bungalow was perfect for our short stay. Well equipped and in a great location, easy to find and close to amenities.

The barn was very well equipped, clean and spacious. The location was close to wonderful views and stunning beaches in a beautiful area of Devon. We were thrilled to have visited such a lovely place.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.

Me and the dog recently stayed at this property and usually the dog is very anxious in new surroundings but had a great time on surrounding beaches and walks. The hot tub was an added luxury after a long day of walking. Lenny went out of his way to cater for my misunderstanding of dates and I couldn’t thank him enough for this! The hole property was clean and cosy and would definitely recommend this property and the host very highly Gareth
