what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views, are family loved sitting in the living area and looking out at the sea. Also sitting in bed in the morning drinking coffee looking out at the sea.

We stayed in the Garden Flat for a couple of nights whilst visiting family in Paignton. We were delighted to find such a homely and well equipped flat. Vicki really had thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. In addition, there were so many really well thought out touches, for instance, an "in case you forgot to pack" container, toys , books and so many more. We really would love to stay again soon and would recommend Vicki as a host and the Garden flat to anyone without hesitation x

My husband travels regularly to Devon and stays at Patricia’s . It’s like his second home, everything you need for a stay away from home and Patricia is a fabulous host providing lots of extra goodies for breakfast , fabulous value for money in a spotlessly clean and comfortable little studio

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

Superb! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious property with some lovely personal touches, and in a quiet location. It had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Chris was friendly, responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more, I’ll definitely be booking again.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

This was our first Airbnb holiday. Comprising of two adults and two dogs, Ellie kept us informed from pre-holiday until the end of our holiday. The Airbnb was exactly as we had expected with the additional bonus of the house smelling fresher and cleaner than expected given that dogs are allowed. It is ideally placed for walking to the amenities of Paignton, Goodrington and Torquay if you love to walk, all of which would otherwise just be a very short car ride away. nice place to go with family… really really nice nd clean house…. danny is a great man called him he talk really nicely nd polite nd asked him local beaches he told me everything wat i needed… thnx mate hopefully will b back there again

We enjoyed a relaxing and cosy Christmas break with our family. There was everything we needed & plenty of space. Josi made it festive for us and we would go back again. Modbury is also very quaint & 2 minutes walk.

Moira rescued as after a previous booking had broken heating so she only had 30 minutes notice of our arrival. The place was very clean she put the heaters on and once it warmed up was toasty. Moira was very welcoming but didn't interfere into our time away. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back. It's a really short walk down the hill to Brixham which was a lovely village to visit, we didn't use the car at all for the two days we were there.

Phil's place was, for a lack of any better words, beautiful. I can't even begin to describe how amazing the space was. Picturesque views, pristine condition and spotless. The photos do not do it justice. Both Phil and Lorraine were very friendly and helpful. They had amazing recommendations, and even put up a birthday banner as well were going for a birthday celebration. They were responsive and friendly, I really couldn't ask for anything more. We would definitely recommend Phil and Lorraine's AirBnB to a friend. 10/10

Justine was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped , slightly away from the bustle of town but easy walking distance to everything Dartmouth h has to offer. Exactly as described.

We stayed in Thomas’ apartment for 2 nights. It was perfect, suited our needs including those of our 2 year old daughter. Location excellent right in the town centre but also in a quiet area, 2 minute walk to the harbour. Responsive host, helpful, and clear check in/out instructions. Thank you :)

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and a great location. We found some great food options locally. Very handy to have a Tesco Express within a few minutes walk.

With quick communication and check in advice, Neil couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was bright, clean, and had everything necessary to make it an ideal home base for exploring Teignmouth and the surrounding areas. Off-road parking was included (although there is also plenty of parking on the quiet road outside), as was a private entrance and the quirkiest garden / summerhouse / patio area that has to be seen to be believed! Great value, perfect host, this is the ideal bnb for an anytime getaway to the south Devon coast, whether alone or with another. Thank you Neil, I had a fantastic stay, it was great to share memories of the old town and the people we used to know who are now sadly gone.

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob
