Stayed here for 1 night what a lovely place the sea view was amazing and the apartment was lovely and had everything needed and more I even got a beautiful home made scone yummy host is great thankyou👍😊

A superb and highly appointed apartment, with so many lovely touches, which made it a great place to stay and that’s before the stunning views from the bedroom and terrace! Pauline was a great host keeping in touch regularly with lots of useful information before and during our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay again for our next visit to Salcombe.

A modern beautifully furnished and well equipped ground floor apartment. A touch of luxury whilst visiting family in the local area. Sea view and hot tub - fabulous.

The accommodation is fabulous There is lots of toys and games to use in case the weather is bad. Well worth a visit We will definitely stay there again next time we holiday in Devon

I think a great deal of thought went into making this relatively small place so comfortable in all respects. It seemed like everything was exactly where I expected it to be. As if I lived there before. I was missing absolutely nothing. Yet there was no clutter. Every item a person (me!) might have needed was thought of and provided. The apartment is in the very center of this little town of Buckfastleigh, but it is on the backside of the building and hence completely quiet. There is a lovely enclosed garden, patly green even in winter. However I happen to arrive just before the this Darragh wind storm hit. The inside was warm (you can control level of heat at the radiators) and I cuddled indoor. The countryside is lovely and the next day I walked to Buckfast Abbey and around. The groceries and places to eat are within few minutes by walking. Patricia is friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything! Perhaps our paths will cross again.

We spent a really lovely and amazing time in Louise‘s location. The house is very well-equipped and nicely decorated. It is in a beautiful surroundings area. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The communication with Louise was really great and respectful. We enjoyed a really good time there. Thanks again for your hospitality.

When we stay at an Airbnb especially in winter, I need two things to be right, heating and comfy bed, and both were perfect. the bed room is as huge as it looks, and the furniture is superior quality oak, the bed is a Queen size and that's massive, not hard but supportive, we slept well both nights, bathroom is first class two, amazing shower and high quality fittings. downstairs is cosey, little kitchen area with all you need and easy to work out how to use. A great TV, easy to set up. The whole place was clean and well equipped, the best we have stayed in for a long long time, and we are all over the country with our work.

We had a lovely stay in Brixham. The flat was exceptional with everything you could need. Communication with Alison was outstanding … certainly will return as we have family in Brixham and was perfect for all our needs.

I stayed at Tom's place for a weekend with my husband, our kids, my sister and her kids. It was spacious, had plenty of space for the kids to play, is nicely decorated and in a peaceful location. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was easy. It's a short easy walk down to the beach and centre of Hope Cove. Tom had left us some nibbles and drinks which was a lovely touch. Would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunglow. The house was very spacious and perfect for a family with little ones running around given it was all on one level. The house was really well equipped and there were lovely extra touches to make us feel welcome like a bottle of wine, coffee and some chocolates on arrival. Scott was really helpful host and we loved Kingsbridge and the location of the house to get into the town was really easy. We'd love to stay again one day!

This was our first Airbnb holiday. Comprising of two adults and two dogs, Ellie kept us informed from pre-holiday until the end of our holiday. The Airbnb was exactly as we had expected with the additional bonus of the house smelling fresher and cleaner than expected given that dogs are allowed. It is ideally placed for walking to the amenities of Paignton, Goodrington and Torquay if you love to walk, all of which would otherwise just be a very short car ride away. Richard was a great host, able to answer any questions with quick responses. The house was lovely, very spacious and clean. We had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious bedrooms, cosy comfy beds too. There is a little spar shop for emergency supplies but I'd recommend a trip to Kingsbridge to do a bigger shop for what you need. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. The garden is neat and tidy and a prefect place to sit and enjoy the country air. Our 3 dogs were welcomed and loved the space too. Thankyou for having us, Richards place is worth checking out.

Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. Deborah was very helpful and thoughtful.

We enjoyed a relaxing and cosy Christmas break with our family. There was everything we needed & plenty of space. Josi made it festive for us and we would go back again. Modbury is also very quaint & 2 minutes walk.

A very cosy, comfortable home with two spacious bedrooms and everything needed if you are wanting to self cater - but also with nearby amenities in walking distance if you don't. Super outside space with seating area out the front and private back garden with pretty pots and paving - we used both depending where the sun was when we were at 'home'. Location is great as it was very peaceful but just off the main road so really easy to get out and discover the local area. Excellent value for money too - would definitely recommend and go back again.

Thelma’s house was just perfect the views across the bay stunning. Thelma was so helpful in giving us directions to Torquay fc . We loved our stay didn’t want to go home

Fantastic stay in November 2024 for a long weekend away from work. Seriously impressive. Even though the weather was awful we had the best time, enjoying the beautifully decorated and spacious place. The photos don't do the house justice because it is just fantastic 🤩

Lovely appartement in a central location. Does not however have any free parking near by. We loved the modern kitchen and bathroom. The shower is amazing. The oven however is complicated to use and could do with a quick reference user guide. The manufacturers manual provided, is a whopper and does not give any quick answers. The central heating is easy to use and works well. The King size bed is comfy. There are lots of sockets and even two USB ports, no socket for shaver/toothbrush in bathroom though. We think this apartment is excellent value for money and highly recommend it.

Tasteful wonderful apartment, great location for exploring the Torbay area & a short walk away from the beach. Can highly recommend.

With quick communication and check in advice, Neil couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was bright, clean, and had everything necessary to make it an ideal home base for exploring Teignmouth and the surrounding areas. Off-road parking was included (although there is also plenty of parking on the quiet road outside), as was a private entrance and the quirkiest garden / summerhouse / patio area that has to be seen to be believed! Great value, perfect host, this is the ideal bnb for an anytime getaway to the south Devon coast, whether alone or with another. Thank you Neil, I had a fantastic stay, it was great to share memories of the old town and the people we used to know who are now sadly gone.

Fabulous penthouse, beautifully decked out with everything you could wish for!! The views are superb and it was lovely to drink them all in from the balconies or inside. Our friend is not too clever on his feet so it was perfect to drive into the garage & get the lift. It all worked extremely well. Thank you Kelly for allowing us to stay in your amazing penthouse, we loved it!

We had such a lovely stay here and would love to stay again. A stones throw from Paignton beach and right next to the town centre. Walking in to some mince pies (best I’ve ever had) and a couple of ciders was a lovely surprise. Perfect place, perfect location and perfect hosts. 100% recommend staying here 👍 thankyou Julian and Tracy for having us 😊🎄

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob
