A lovely place to stay. Really good value. Superb location. Kitchen is very well equipped. No parking in front of the house but only short 50m walk to the car. High chair and cot and kids bowls in the kitchen make it helpful. 2 minute walk into town.

Great place for us while working locally. Kevin and Kimberley were very responsive to any communication and gave us some great local knowledge and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Welcoming home with all you need. Convenient for our family visit. Clean. Parking on street not a problem. Good communication from helpful host.

Attractive, spacious, spotless and comfortable cottage in pretty village in easy reach of walks up Kinder. We cooked for ourselves and had everything we needed. A lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot. The surroundings were gorgeous and the home was perfectly furnished! Everything you would need was available. We also enjoyed being able to utilize the large yard to relax with a cup of tea and/or kick the football. We were also grateful for the local recommendations list...very helpful! Lovely property. Perfect for two. Kitchen was well equipped and whole place was clean and cosy. Marieanne was friendly and welcoming. Village of Castleton is extremely well located for numerous walks in the area. Loads of lovely places to eat. 1530 italian restaurant, The George has a good menu plus amazing pizza van. The Bulls Head has a garden with stunning views and their fish tuesday was delicious. Thank you Derbyshire for an amazing 5 day break xx

Stayed in Buxton for the first time for three days. Firstly Buxton is lovely - very pretty town with lots to see and amazing countryside on your doorstep. The apartment was only five minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment is extremely elegant - big rooms, stylish furniture, all modern conveniences, everything worked and everything was extremely clean. Lots of helpful tourist info left by the host. Ample street parking. Host very quick to reply to messages. Everything you need for a visit to the Peak District. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely long weekend based in Longnor. A comfortable, warm and surprisingly spacious apartment. Great location. We walked the spectacular 'dragons back' route from our front door. Longnor is a central, pretty, and very peaceful village. Sad to see the village pubs and cafe all shut down. The nearest pub was the Packhorse Inn, a 20 min walk which was nice. A fantastic place, great host - highly recommend for a quiet break exploring the Peaks.

Had the most wonderful few days at staying here. Super cosy space with everything we needed and the hosts were so lovely. We would stay again without a doubt!

A fantastic hideaway in the charming town of Holmfirth. The “bunker” is peaceful and private with a tennis court and small gang of chickens to keep you entertained, as well as lots of games, jigsaws, books, DVDs, and Amazon Prime. Great cooking facilities and a lots of natural light coming in to the space. Just a short walk down the hill (5 mins) into the town centre
