we had a great stay everything was ready for us when we arrived I will say the pull out beds could be more comfortable but we brought air mattresses just in case so it worked out the area is just a 5 min drive to Rush Off-road overall we had a great experience

The apartment was even better than the pictures. Super clean with all of the amenities. The bed and couches were very comfortable. Likely the best value for any apartment in the area. I’ll definitely be back when moving around for work.

Unbelievable stay for the price, and perfect for what I needed. It's right next to a nice little bourbon bar/restaurant as well which made for convenient nights out. If I ever need to stay in Ashland again, I'll definitely try to book The Holbrook.

The cottage was homey and inviting and the Christmas tree made the place feel cozy and welcoming, everything was very clearly cleaned for my stay which was SO appreciated and the place was big enough that i didn’t feel cramped but small enough that I felt comfortable - Beth was an amazing host giving accurate and instructions to get in and although I never needed anything she was extremely responsive which made me feel comfortable enough I would have asked and I know she would have delivered! HIGHLY recommend if you’re in town!
