Place is as advertised. It's on the third (fourth for Americans) floor - so you need to be ok with doing some stairs. There's a view over the city from the balcony - you can see the Alex. Quiet, functional, and cozy. Short walk to the U-bahn stop at Steglitz Rathaus and close to the botanical garden. Good value. I would use the space again.

The apartment is very chic and tastefully furnished. It was all very clean. The area is quiet and you can always find a free parking space. Opposite the apartment is a beautiful park with a pond. The apartment is located in an apartment building, but has its own house entrance, which we found very practical. Our children also felt very comfortable. Can highly recommend the apartment.

Katrin's apartment is a dream apartment! Starting with the fantastic location near the S-Bahn and the pleasant neighborhood to the very tasteful and loving furnishings of her apartment. That was the most beautiful apartment I've ever been to! Thank you for the lovely stay, which we very much enjoyed.

This place is an absolute gem, I had a perfect stay for an excellent price. Apartment is spacious, clearly well-loved, in perfect condition, and with every possible amenity you could need. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, but within 5 minutes by foot you find a bustling area with lots of shops and restaurants. Amazing, zero complaints. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
