A rowing boat is available. If you want to bring your own boat, you can use a berth on the dock free of charge.

Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme lake area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursion possibilities can be reached very quickly. (Forest walks, natural bathing beaches, boats & fishing trips, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The motorway connection (A10 / A12) is about 10 minutes away.

Künstlerhaus Zernsdorf -Berlin

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Bungalow 2 right on the lake

Completely renovated bungalow just off the water and only 30 minutes from Berlin center. From the living room with open kitchen you have a great water view. There is also a cozy double bedroom and a beautiful terrace with a beach chair for romantic hours right on the water. There are sunbeds, barbecue and rowing boat upon request. The bathroom and shower are located outside the bungalow and are shared with other guests of the marina.

The apartment was lovingly completed in 2020 as a guesthouse for family and friends. With a direct view and immediate access to a clay pond surrounded by reed, it is ideal to disconnect from the stress. With a little luck, even the kingfisher can be watched here while fishing from the terrace! On cold days, your own infrared sauna is available (fee of 7,-/ use). The apartment is well equipped and has a small kitchenette.

The house was completely renovated in 2016 and is beautifully situated on the river. There is an open-plan kitchen as well as an open-plan living and dining area with conservatory. Upstairs are 2 master bedroom with double bed and a children's room, bathroom, toilet and a spacious sunny balcony. The large property with mature trees connects directly to the Dahme and is a good starting point for boat trips an fishing

Welcome to Haus Am See. The apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and views as well as access to the lake The garden offers a large lawn and invites you to play for children as well as relaxation for the parents. A staircase at the jetty leads directly into and out of the lake. A small boat that may be driven without a driver's license is also available after a small briefing.

This cozy garden house on the Havel is located directly on the Berlin Copenhagen bike path. Here you can enjoy the garden in the hammock, jump on the trampoline, drive on the Havel Sup, make stock bread and much more. The 400 sqm garden is only 30 steps from the Havel. You can walk the Sup from the garden gate into the water. There is a public small swimming spot. The Havel is also ideal for bathing.
