One of the best locations in São Paulo, everything happened very easily and conveniently, what concerned me the most was the issue of parking, which was very easy and safe. Marcos answered me quickly and clearly when I arrived before Check-in time. The space was smelly and tidy, the bed very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. Very modern TV and very good air condition. I'll definitely be back more often.

Excellent apartment, with all the necessary facilities. A feather being with grimy floor and poorly cared for cabinets and doors. This did not interfere with the stay. Comfortable beds, bathroom with excellent shower. Excellent location.

All exactly like in the pictures. Clean apartment, with large accommodations and everything you need to spend several days. Décor clean, with almost no object loose, which is perfect for those who have children and do not want to worry, but ends up making the apartment a little less cozy, although extremely functional. The air-conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the living room functioning perfectly, necessary for the summer months. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very good location. Just minutes walking from the main streets of the region, including Av. Paulista. Very nice acoustic insulation. A spectacular view of an art piece from Kobra.

Our experience was just perfect! We were in a group of 5 people and everyone loved the stay. Strengths: * The apartment is very comfortable, with two well-equipped and organized bedrooms. * Everything was perfect and well taken care of, showing special care for the guests. * The new furniture is beautiful and perfectly suited to the atmosphere, creating a nice and welcoming space. * The air conditioners in the rooms work very well and have ensured our comfort, especially on warmer days. * The location is great, with easy access to everything we needed, which made our experience even better. Negative points: * None! Everything met (and even exceeded) our expectations. Without a doubt, I recommend this space for those looking for comfort, quality and a great location. We will be happy to return on future visits to Ribeirão Preto.

The cozy, homey ambiance, combined with thoughtfully chosen decorative touches, creates a perfect blend of late '80s and early '90s luxury with modern amenities. Great host, answered all questions and responded quickly. About the apartment I found a good cost-benefit, but it could improve by two points. It could have a ceiling fan in the bedrooms and put a box in the bathroom because every time you take a shower wet the entire bathroom, there is a plastic curtain that is not enough. But it is a suggestion since the ad and the photos are very honest and it makes this very evident.

Great for those who pass quickly through Guarulhos. Carlos served us promptly in all our doubts and helped us in everything. The bedroom is close to the bakery, pizzeria, market and pharmacy. Quiet Neighborhood. Carlos took us the next day to the airport as per announcement. I highly recommend it.

Rafael's apartment is very nice!! Best of all is the upstairs that has the Jacuzzi, barbecue and everything we need regarding the kitchen! Many restaurants nearby and many very good options in ifood too! I had a mishap with the general key and Rafael did his best to help me! I highly recommend it!!
