The house is complete much better than all the others I have booked for, the pool has been in line and I hope to return again!

Great location and breathtaking views! We loved the pool as well. My family enjoyed so much Paraty and Xavier was as great host, super friendly and helpful!

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Passing to commend our family weekend, it was wonderful, that place is blessed by God , it brought us peace , joys were 4 incredible days. Dona Georgina a lovely person, our family was reclaimed with 2 cakes and coffee. Everything I needed responded quickly, the house has everything . The space, and not to mention the river in the backyard of home .Definite as Paraíso.

We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

Ana was a great host, she was helpful and made us very comfortable, from the first contact, she gave all the information we asked for, and the place is like the photo, beautiful, spacious and cozy, great swimming pool next to the barbecue, very well cared for, airy and clean, we rest a lot with the tranquility of the place. we will return more often.

Fantastic place! I travel every year with my family to Itamambuca, and the house is our official lodging! I highly recommend it!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

The location of the house is excellent, very close to the main sights, we did everything through the center on foot, including the exits to eat.

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

If you’re looking for a true jungle escape, this is the perfect spot. As noted in the listing, there’s a bit of a climb to reach the property—but it’s well worth it for the added privacy and stunning views away from the more crowded parts of the island. There’s no AC, so it can get a little warm at times. I’d suggest adding a few extra fans for comfort, but we found that leaving the doors open at night allowed a nice breeze in, and the bugs weren’t much of an issue. Magali is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she even let us store our luggage on her porch after checkout so we could continue exploring the island without worry. Thank you, Magali, for your hospitality!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

The house has everything you need, Valter is a great friend, always willing to have a good chat. When I return to Paraty I intend to stay at this accommodation, as I felt at home. I recommend it.

Perfect house for one or two families. The location is great, a few meters from the sea. Itamambuca beach is really beautiful. There are a few restaurants around a few minutes walk away. Plan your supplies as the nearest supermarket doesn't have many choices. The host was very friendly, flexible and friendly. A superb stay to be back!

The space is wonderful, Gustavo and his mother are super kind, the house corresponded with the photos, super cozy, close to the beach, we feel at home! We will come back more often

Sonia was a great host and very responsive. There is also a great housekeeper who you can book separately to clean and cook for as many days as you want. The villa is lovely. Without a car it is limited what you can do in the area, there is a waterfall that you can walk to and good restaurants at Hotel Fassano which you can also walk to. The local shop has basics such as bread and water but no fresh fruit and vegetables. However the housekeeper will go to the supermarket for you if you provide a list and a credit card to pay. She was very reliable and trustworthy. We went on a great boat trip and a trip to Paraty whilst we were there through tour companies. On our last day we saw toucans in the garden!
