Great stay, apt well located and close to the beach, several restaurants nearby and market practically on the corner of the street! It was worth it.

I am delighted My family and I, rented to stay for 5 days on site, and we simply love it. When we arrive we are already faced with the place super clean and tidy. (SUPER ODIROSO) It is well located, super quiet and in the flat has everything you need at your disposal. The condominium is beautiful, quiet and safe. The House is very cozy, exactly as in the pictures. In short, I recommend and we intend to return!!

The condominium, which is pleasant, safe, has a swimming pool, snack bar, and, for those interested, tennis and beach tennis courts, as well as play ground. The beach of Toninhas is pleasant and close to two others that we enjoy, Sta. Rita e a Domingas Dias. The apto corresponded to the description and Marcel was very helpful.

Very nice, clean place and a great resort to relax as a family. The internal Marina helps with boat trips. Host provided very interesting tour tips!! Apartment with good and clean space. I will definitely return!

I and my family have already stayed in another apartment in the same condominium, which is why we decided to come back. The condominium has the finest infrastructure, easy access, locomocao to get to and from the beach. About Milena's apartment was as mentioned in her ad, super cautious, clean. Her service was great, always available and attentive. Super recommend it.

we love the space of the Vladi, very clean apartment, very fresh, well equipped kitchen of dishes, we did not miss anything, in the room there was a hairdryer and iron, I found this the most, plus space to store the clothes, had a large rack and mirror, mattress and pillows great tbm, lavandeira with clothes, great this tbm, the owner only does not provide bed and bath linens, but this does not disturb the stay at all, each one takes yours and ready, always clean pool, very nice place with garden and tables, nearby market, and you can walk to the beach of Lázaro, Sununga and Domingas, these 3 beaches are beautiful! Super recommend the place of Vladi, the communication with him is excellent, with the Solange that takes care of the condominium tbm, when we return to Ubatuba, it is definitely where we will return, great cost-benefit!!! We stay for 4 days and we have nothing to complain about! It was all Top!!!

Our accommodation was held by the bittencourt co-host who was exceptional throughout our stay. Although he did not need his performance so comprehensively, in everything I needed he was super attentive, he demonstrated proactivity in solving some problems we had and was always clear and clean in his explanations.
