Spacious and well-equipped apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, it allows you to move around the city easily. The host was very attentive and helped me quickly with some issues I had. Although there is some noise and the weather can be hot, the rooms have fans that help a lot. Good value for money and excellent service.

The house is located in a prime location, with spectacular views of the lake and the nature reserve. A gem for those of us who enjoy tranquility and being in touch with nature. The architecture is beautiful, with a design that respects the natural environment. It is extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need for an excellent rest. I especially highlight the terrace and social area, which offer unparalleled views. Communication with Luis Fernando and family is perfect. Always attentive, responding instantly to any concerns, they welcomed us with a nice gift, they are animal lovers, so we felt very comfortable. Valle de Bravo has wonderful places for every taste and several interesting hiking trails, the only thing is that you have to use the car for everything because there are few streets and avenues that have a pedestrian path.

It complies with everything that was stated in the publication, they were always available and attentive to answer any questions. The area is really quiet, lots of restaurant options to eat, close to tourist places, easy access to the subway, metrobus and buses. The hosts are very nice, so I highly recommend the place.

Very quiet place and a very safe area, the apartment is clean and very tidy. The apartment's terrace is nice and ideal for relaxing with a drink.

Beautiful house, it is very spacious ideal for traveling with a large group of people. The area is very quiet, it has direct access to the lake padrisimo, the pool is a little cold but this is cute. Everything was great with the facilities, Marce's service was very good, very friendly and super attentive. A highly recommended space to rest and enjoy the lake. Important to know that it's 5 floors so you have to go up several stairs, it's good exercise ;)

The house and design are as advertised, clean, tidy facilities, and Carlos' service was impeccable, he was always attentive to what we needed. Definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed in and with such an excellent experience, we'll be back soon.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The place exceeded all my expectations: the facilities were impeccable, comfortable and with a cozy touch that made me feel at home. The location was ideal, a lot of privacy above all and a unique view. In addition, Mr. José was exceptionally kind and attentive, always willing to help with any request or recommendation. The details did not go unnoticed: the views, the tranquility transmitted by the garden. Without a doubt, this place became my favorite and I hope to return soon, we recommend it 100%.

Excellent service, good and location to move to where we were going.

The whole stay was great! It has a good space for pets and very easy access to the lake. The only recommendations we could make is to put a bathroom on the ground floor and/or for the garden and pool, since there are only bathrooms upstairs. And the other is that it would be amazing if the rooms had air conditioning since it's very hot at night. Outside, everything was perfect! We had a great time!

Good choice, Oscar is a superhost always ready to help. I forgot a product and they helped me with the return. The only thing to take into account is: 1. The beds, living rooms and dining room are not very comfortable. 2. Unclog the showers because the water in Teques is very salty and requires taking care of those details. 3. Bring basic things like salt, sugar, etc. because there isn't any. 4. There are no cups for hot drinks. However, the above does not make it impossible for a good stay (maybe just the beds).

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and pleasant, as shown in the photos. It has a nice view and you can make use of the place's amenities. The pool is heated, so it was nice even though it was December. Communication with the host was very good and always helpful. We had to give full names and details of the cars we were in because the entrance is very controlled, although the entrance staff were always friendly and we could be coming in and out at any time. Also, keep in mind that you need to be very clear about the check-in and check-out times, as the hosts are the ones who give you access. A good place to stay.
