The house was as it was in the photos, comfortable, clean and good location, very quiet, the best the heating in the pool, even for the dates the water was warm, Hector the host was always attentive and answered very quickly and Ernesto the person who receives you very attentive, pending and helps you for things you miss or make purchases 👌🏼

Excellent option for the weekend, very nice for a large group, incredible common spaces and very comfortable, Delia and Karla's attention were excellent at all times. Highly recommended!

Amazing house to rest and disconnect completely from the daily routine. Very close to the center of Malinalco (by car),however it is totally worth staying to enjoy the spaces. The stay was very pleasant, the place is very quiet, the water temperature is as indicated by the host, the attention is quite good.

Everything was fine, a stay we would repeat. It has enough space for you to live together and at the same time to be alone. They gave us access to everything, clean pool, barbecue area perfect for great meals. Everything was fine.

Everything was so clean. lacks maintenance on some things like a blind or the humidity due to the weather. But overall, those who welcomed me were kind, answered questions and were pending. The house is spacious and very nice. 12 people fit extremely comfortable. Everything was very good, I would definitely come back.

Martha's place was absolutely awesome, everything was clean, it smelled amazing. We stayed on days that weren't too hot and the blankets were warm. The pool was amazing, we paid to warm it up and we were not disappointed. The kitchen has everything you need and there were also recommended places if you need anything in the fridge door. I absolutely recommend it, you will not be disappointed

The house is as described in the listing. Ideal to go as a couple or family trip. Laura is always attentive and friendly. I will definitely repeat my stay in the future.

We went to spend the end of the year as a family and really enjoyed every minute since there are many activities to do during the day without the need to go out

A spectacular home of design, with lots of privacy and sheltered from noise. It also has a very nice view and makes it sunny all day to take advantage of the terrace, garden and pool. The staff serving the house is very good, great food and a lot of attention to make us feel comfortable, in addition to their discretion not to hinder. I would always recommend this place.

We really enjoyed it, the house is in perfect condition, the pool is a good height in case you have children. I would certainly book again again

We rent the house for a very special family celebration and Maria Cristina overcomes our expectations, we already know of the house by my niece Rocio Viridiana who I highly recommend us, but being in the house exceeds in every way, continuous attention from Maria Cristina and Jimena to which we give our thanks, to Irene and Esteban excellent hosts, everything accurate with a lot of initiative, friendly and the cleanliness of the house has impacted us all, even more because we carry 3 children, the weather apparently was not going to favor us for the cold and the breeze however Esteban by heating the pool water I allow the children to enjoy themselves big!To the whole team we thank them for our goal of rest and being quiet with family union.

A very nice house in a quiet area. It's just like it's described and in the photos. A suggestion for those of us with pets, if their pet is still running take into account that the garden is very large, it does not have nearby (as seen in the photos) and there are many cats. We take a 10-meter leash so I can play as our dog still runs after birds and other animals

Elizabeth's house was just like the photos. The pool with water above 30 degrees (very rich to put in my daughters). We could find almost everything inside the house (except soap for the kitchen cloth or clothes and coffee, although they explained that the coffee is due to the taste of each guest). The clean and tidy areas. Garbage boots in each room, which helps keep tidy and clean, as well as places to store clothes or pantry. There is a small children's slipper that you can use either dry or with the pool. Sufficient garden furniture and in good condition for your use. Communication with Elizabeth was at all times optimal, not to mention that the departure time was also borrowed to extend the departure time for a small cost. Maybe the only thing to improve is the water pressure in showers and sink. Overall, that's great!

The house is SPECTACULAR we would definitely return as we had an incredible vacation. Carlos' kindness was exceptional, thank you very much for being a great host!! Likewise Elena who is in charge of cooking and cleaning. The main bedroom is dreamy a thousand greetings to the host 👏🏻

I came here for a family celebration in the area, and this rental was great for me and my guests. We all fit comfortable and enjoyed the space very much. I felt safe and secure in the area. Host and Co-host were very response and accommodating, I would highly recommend, and I personally can’t wait to be back.

The stay at Kyra's was very nice! The small garden is a real treat in such a big city! Kyra was always available and very helpful and friendly.

It is a very complete house very well equipped just as the pictures are described with enough beds to accommodate large families or a group of friends. The kitchen is very well equipped, the furniture in general is comfortable and the service and attention of both Richard and those who work in the house is spectacular. The rooms in the house are very good with very comfortable beds and all the amenities working perfectly. What they should definitely not offer as part of the house unless it is fixed are the bedrooms of the bunk beds and the bed that is next to the bunk beds, it is a space that needs a lot of maintenance and the beds are very uncomfortable, the curtains do not work well and the hot water runs out very quickly.

Everything tidy and clean, the host is very friendly and available at all times. We would definitely come back without a problem. Highly recommended
