Great stay, clean, great location with parking space. Louisa was always prompt with her replies and really pleasant to communicate with. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again. Thankyou so much

Very warm house. Hot water was on already, and heating easy to figure out. Shower is connected directly to the boiler, not an electric one that can be sensitive. Parking was ok, same as anywhere else in Barrow really but the description of the parking by Alison was accurate. For any future solo trips to Barrow I will seek this place again. If They add another bed in that spare room, I would have extended as I brought my family in (2 adults one child total) Great wifi and actual tv channels on the tv ( a lot of airbnbs rely on people watching netflix or bringing their own firestick) Fantastic place, thank you

I had a lovely stay here 2 weeks. Great to have a whole house for the money. Great bed and shower. only thing to get used to was the noisy A590 outside door but I wore ear plugs so ok. Andrew was a very flexible host and very kind.

We stayed at "The Smithy" for 12 nights. What a brilliant find. Beautiful cottage in a beautiful village. Parking is very convenient at the side of the cottage. The enclosed garden is wonderful. A very clean, beautifully decorated cottage with plenty of space. Even a dishwasher which is a real plus for a self catering place! Bedding and towels were changed after a week. Check-in was easy with clear instructions with great suggestions on local eateries. The sticky bun and bottle of milk for a cup of tea for the adults and some gravy bones for the dog were a great welcome. Would i stay here again??? Definitely. Thank you.
