Overall was a great stay and the place was just like it described! The host was very responsive when I needed anything and check in and check out were very easy! Would definitely recommend!

Roman is a gem and a credit to the AirBnB community. After having run Chez Swann, a 19th Century townhouse on Swann St. in Dupont Circle when AirBnB was just kicking off, I know what it takes to make guests feel comfortable and at home. Roman does it with natural grace. He has thought of everything that a guest needs, whether they are staying a few days, as I did, or for months as other guests have. I won't go into all of the details, as other guests have covered this. What made my stay so great is how much I had in common with Roman. We work in the same fields, management consulting and public health, we operated guest houses, and many other commonalities. So the beers on his front patio together, the snacks in the back patio, etc. were filled with great conversations. I'm sure to be back next month when I come back to work in Modesto.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at!The place is clean, with modern appliances, quiet and safe.The air conditioning system was perfect, it kept the place nice and cool.The kitchen equipped with everything that you need.Comfortable bed.Easy instructions to get in which is a plus in my book! Mark was such an amazing host, very friendly and quick to respond.His two dogs made my stay there even better.Could not recommend this place enough, 5/5 experience.Would definitely stay here again.
