Vacation rentals with a fire pit in St. Simons Island

It was a great stay, especially for 2 families. It has a nice outside sitting area which we used a lot. Short walk to the beach and walkable distance for dinner. It’s in a nice, safe area. Easy check in with code access.

Our stay at the pond house was exceptional. The home, while older, possesses considerable charm and a welcoming atmosphere. Evenings spent by the pond were tranquil and delightful. In short, our experience was outstanding. Carolyn's responsiveness to our inquiries was also greatly appreciated. We intend to return.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation, there were 12 of us, we each had our own space, the house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a large group. Pamela was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and always responded to our calls.

Our stay in St. Simons was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to this uniquely charming cottage. The location couldn’t be better, and the cottage itself was ideal for the two of us and our dog. The heated pool and spa were the icing on the cake—we enjoyed them every single day. The weather was perfect, the island was peaceful yet fun, and some of our best moments were simply relaxing on the porch or in the beautiful backyard. A special shoutout to the hosts, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend St. Simons as a destination and this cottage as the perfect home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I found this house largely by chance when we decided on a place to stay on vacation, and we were so thrilled with it that we booked our vacation here next year before we’d even checked out this time! The house and location were beautiful, and everyone (including our kids and VERY energetic German shepherd) had plenty of room and fun activities to do. Kat is a fantastic host! Before we’d even arrived, she sent us messages with recommendations for things to do in the area (which we checked out several during our time and all were well worth it!!). She also was very responsive to any questions we had - right down to a fabulous recommendation for a local massage to treat a muscle strain in my shoulder. She was an incredibly gracious and kind host. We felt right at home here and were sad to leave - and already excited to come back next vacation to what feels like a home away from home. This place was perfect for our stay for 3 months ! Wesley was very nice and the house was a great place to stay . We will be back !

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.

Perfect department for one or two people right next to an excellent barbecue joint and although the restaurant next-door does generate some noise, it died down by 9 o'clock and they're locked up by 10. I believe the barbecue was excellent. It was just what I needed passing through it's not far from 95. It was a five star stay for me. I needed a good night sleep peace and quiet and that's what I got. Excellent communicationand Easy to the apartment via lockbox if you prefer contactless entry and privacy it's perfect. Wonderful stay. The location is great and the unit is so nicely decorated and very well appointed. Mary thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and at home. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed enjoyed our stay one night as we were traveling back home. We were warmly greeted by our hosts who gave us suggestions for dinner locations. The place is cozy and has an artsy antique feel. Bed was very comfortable. We loved the view of water and the footpath overlooking the water right outside our door, which we walked both evening and in the morning before leaving. We would definitely stay here again.

"We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL!" Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need and very clean.Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff. The cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. Easy 1 hour drive to the Golden Isles. We also enjoyed trips to parks and hiking trails in Waycross which is also about an hour away. Cabin is appointed with everything you need and Michelle is responsive to any questions and concerns you might have. Be aware that depending on when you visit it might be buggy and bug spray did very little to deter the little gnats. All in all this is a beautiful place where you can be away from the hustle of the city and recharge your batteries. Michelle sends you clear driving instructions, pay attention, and you won't have issues finding this gem.

This is a quiet little get away spot. Tranquil and calm vibe. I enjoyed a lovely long weekend relaxing and watching the tide on the river come an go. Lots of outside seating and a pavilion/dock to enjoy the river. The cabin is charmingly rustic, clean, bright and welcoming. Host provided coffee, cookies and morning muffins. It was hard to leave and return to the cold!

Nice cozy cabin in the woods right on the river!!! Very peaceful and a nice retreat from the busy city life we are used to!!! My daughter left her laptop and Katie was very helpful,allowing a family member of ours who is local go back and get it!!! Which worked out perfectly because she accidentally still had the cabins beach towel in her car that we forgotten about!!!

The place was very secluded and private. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect area for my family to evacuate for the hurricane and see some farm animals and relax!
