Beach house vacation rentals in St. Simons Island

House was as advertised, close to everything you’d want to do on St Simon’s Island. Two master suites were exactly what we needed.

This home was perfect for a girls trip! There was ample space for all of us to hang out together but also having our own space. The house felt more like staying at a friends house rather than a stranger’s AirBnb. Zach and CJ were extremely responsive with any questions we had. The street was quiet and private. The pool and spa was a great amenity and the option to heat the pool was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. While the WiFi was spotty when we were there (suspect due to a recent storm), 5G was readily available. The primary bedroom side of the house was super nice! The entire house had plenty of room for vacationing with two couples. The house is an easy drive from most places we visited. And the front porch was a wonderful respite - lovely neighbors with lots of dogs. The pool area was also nice! Highly recommend!

Nice townhome in a quiet area. Easily accessible to everything around and a quick trip to the beach.

Parker Kaufman does a great job with this property. The house is well located and an easy walk to the beach. The house was delivered spotless and well appointed. It feels like it has been recently refurbished and was just a delight. Our visit had to be cut short in dramatic fashion with the threatening hurricane surge bearing down, but the process they gave us to leave in a hurry was well appreciated. They were responsive by text and call, and overall just could not have been a better stay.

Mint Julep is a beautiful home in an absolutely incredible location. The backyard is STUNNING and where we spent most of our time. We paid the have the pool heated which was such a treat! The house was perfect for us - my husband and me, our two kids and my parents - and could have held a few more. We could walk to the pier and all the amazing restaurants downtown and even went on a 5 mile run via the Golden Isle trail that connects right out the front door. We'd absolutely say here again on our next visit to SSI!

I couldn't imagine a better experience for our group of 10 guests. Lesley's communication was proactive and kind, and she was exceptionally hospitable. The house itself is also perfect for a group of this size. This will be the first place I look next time I'm in or around St. Simons.

Beautiful backyard with a very large pool. Great outside swing and fire pit. Well stocked kitchen. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the beach.

My family of 9 loved our Thanksgiving week at Jekyll Island in the Roanoke house. It met all of our needs perfectly! We had abundant room for all of our activities and the house and yard surpassed our expectations. The kitchen and dining room are perfect for large family meals and gather, and there were lots of great little nooks to take a quiet rest or watch a ballgame. We will definitely use this house again for future gatherings. Jekyll Realty could not have been more helpful. They were incredibly thorough and polite!

This beautiful place was the perfect spot to stay with my family. The house has unique beach decorations, looks just like the photos and provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay such as kitchen appliances/utensils, beach towels, chairs, etc. It was also a nice surprise to find all the fun board games in the treasure chest coffee table! The house is in a great location with many parks and restaurants in walkable distance. The host was quick to respond and was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this place. We had an amazing experience and cannot wait to come back again!

Loved this house. So beautiful and plenty of space for our family to spread out during our family reunion. The kitchen was great and had everything I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Look forward to booking again.

Close to the beach, well stocked kitchen - with all spices and dishes you can want. Nice rooms and very large for a 3 bed condo. Would stay again

Honestly this place is even better in person! We felt at home instantly; just a few minute walk away from the beach; a short walk to some delicious restaurants or a longer walk to the core of restaurants and shops. The outdoor shower was fantastic. We will certainly be staying here again! Thank you for having us.

Best stay I’ve ever had with AirBNB! The house was absolutely perfect. We loved all the local touches of artwork, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the fully stocked kitchen, and the beautifully private backyard! The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to walk to town and enjoy the beautiful island. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect for our stay on Jekyll island. Very comfortable setting making it very relaxing. We would recommend Jacob’s place to everyone. We look forward to coming back during warmer weather

We stayed with 6 adults and 2 kids to celebrate my Mom’s retirement from teaching school! The space was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family. A short bike ride from Main Street and the horseback riding.

This home was absolutely perfect. It literally had everything we needed to feel at home (for grown ups, kids and pups). The home itself is beautiful and you can tell that it is very well taken care of. The kids playroom, crib, and children's books is such a thoughtful touch. Kevin and Janet were so responsive to everything we inquired about. This is a total gem of a house and we can't wait for our next stay! Thank you Kevin and Janet!

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

Great host and a great location. The house is on a quiet street but convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I don’t recommend walking to the beach as it is a bit of a hike, but a short car ride to East Beach parking. Beds were clean and comfortable and the living space was open with room for relaxing. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The home and location were excellent! The property manager (Ben) was a great communicator and extremely responsive to a couple of minor requests. The home was just as described in the listing. It was clear to us this was not just another rental, but in fact someone’s home which we appreciated. Be sure to read the book the owners leave on the coffee table for local recommendations. The front screened porch was a favorite for us and the dog to watch the neighbors come and go on their golf carts. The short walk to Pier Village made it easy to grab a meal or an ice cream and enjoy the moss covered live oaks lining the streets without having to get in the car. The walk to the beach is only slightly longer, but well worth it when noting the limited parking near the 5th St. beach entrance for passenger cars. It gave just the right amount of time for the beach sand to shake off the dog and our feet. We will visit St. Simons Island again and will hope the Sugar Shack is available.

We loved this house! It was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and relaxing spaces. The location was wonderful! An easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood is picturesque and quiet. The pool was beautiful and in a nice sheltered backyard. Amy was so easy to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here.

Location location location. Short trail at this end of East beach and less crowded! The house has lots of room, and our favorite was the rooftop deck at night with a perfect view of the Milky Way the nights we were there! Upstairs AC was struggling to keep up during the days reaching the nineties. Everything else was workable, although most things seemed to have been in service for a while! Would come back!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Glynn Cottage! There was plenty of space for everyone to hangout together and also to have our own privacy. The elevator was key. We especially loved the open concept, large kitchen, and the dining table that we could all sit at together. The walk to the pools and beach were easy. The pools are very well maintained and the boardwalk out to the beach was so nice. Our family would and probably will stay here again.
