Villa vacation rentals in St. Pete Beach

The house was super spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pool area was fantastic. My only complaint is that there is only glassware in the kitchen, no plastic, which you should not have outside around a pool area. We ended up having to go get them ourselves. The house is in a nice and safe neighborhood, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.

This was a perfect fit for me. I was attending a conference for a couple of days and needed something small and close to Stetson Law - Amanda was very responsive, very clear about how to access the space, and genuinely cared about my ability to get there safe and leave without any issues.

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

We were in town for a family wedding and were looking for convenient, comfortable, affordable accommodations. The Mint House fit the bill! Daniel reached out to make sure we were settling in, and to see if we needed anything. The unit was very neat, clean, and had the amenities that make you feel like you are at home away from home. And there were also thoughtful little touches - like snacks on the dining table and little makeup towelettes in the bathroom - that tell me the host is willing to go the extra mile for his guests. 100% would recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

Absolutely one of the best hosts we have had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Came over when the outdoor grill would not work, made a special trip to bring a new net for the pool, and even reached out before we arrived to see if we had a need for a stroller that she wanted to drop off. The house was very, very nice. The only area that I could see for improvement is maybe a little bit of updating to the pool area. However, our kids still really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

Very clean! The house matched the pictures perfect. The house and listing is exactly what it claims to be. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my kids who stayed with me. The hosts were very responsive as well as very helpful as this was our first stay with an Airbnb. Highly highly recommended!

Our girls' beach trip was amazing because of this place! It is extremely spacious and accommodates many comfortably. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor shower was a nice plus. The grill was also very useful and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment as the chairs provided were rather rusted but still got the job done. Would recommend it and stay again!

Will 100% be back! The home was beautiful and felt like we were at our own private resort. Thoughtful touches throughout. To be on the water but walkable to the beach - all around an incredible week. It was private. The host was awesome, great at anticipating our needs and super responsive when needed. Takes great pride in a well maintained and updated home. Home was stocked with all that we needed. Didn’t want to leave! Hard to believe it was better in person than the photos show!

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Beautiful home with a great water view with lots of wild life to observe. Easy to get food delivered and off street parking. We loved this place!

Our stay at Adina’s was great! Very clean and spacious bedroom. Walkable to Bayshore and quick drive to Hyde Park. Adina was very responsive and flexible with a late check out to accommodate our later flight. The baked goodies she made were an added bonus!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is large and laid out nicely with a big updated kitchen, large primary suite with an awesome bathroom, and of course the pool was an added bonus. Only suggestion is to have extra blankets and more glasses and coffee mugs. It's a great place and I recommend staying!
