Cozy little place, had all the amenities needed for cooking. Found the surrounding area safe. Great spot to stay if you’re looking to spend a lot, get the most bang out of your buck.

Great cottage for 2 for a visit to the forgotten coast. Very close to downtown area and very quiet at night! Met the cleaning crew as we were checking in they were very friendly and helped find a couple of batteries for us! Wally was next door and very helpful upon checking out when I had some difficulty with the keys! Great cottage close to all things in the area!

The place was very cozy and clean. It felt like a home away from home. We were only there one night, but could see us going back in the future. Erika was an amazing host always quick to respond and just made you feel like a friend any time we messaged. I highly recommend this place.

This house was the perfect house for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. The house was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was the most stocked kitchen of a rental home I've ever seen. (We could have cooked a feast if we wanted to!) The house was a quick walk to the beach. The beach carts, chairs, and toys were so useful since we weren't able to pack our own! The heated pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids. Even with temps in the 60's at night, the warm pool was the best spot for us to be. We are already talking to Heather about coming back next Thanksgiving! I would 10/10 recommend this house :)

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

Zenghai was so nice. We were evacuating from hurricane Milton and he was so fast with communicating with us. He was kind and made sure he got the property ready for us just in time. We booked last minute and I’m so happy that he was there for us. I don’t know what my family would have done without him.

Beautiful property in a quiet area. The development has a cute little Main street area with some very nice restaurants, great walking trail, a beautiful large pool, and numerous access points to the beach. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Great location if you want to get away from the crowds but still have access to amenities.

Loved the home! Felt like if we never left ours. She was very helpful and responsive, first day being there we needed a blender and she immediately came to the rescue! This home is very beautiful, clean and the pool was very clean. Had the beach 5-8 minutes walking distance, which was perfect for us and also had a very beautiful pond near by. This home was in the middle of everything we needed and more! Will rent again and thank you for trusting us in your home!

Me and my family loved staying here! It’s a super quick walk to the beach and we loved that we were able to use the beach chairs provided by the host. We stayed for thanksgiving and decided to do a non-traditional dinner and used to grill for burgers. Gas was provided for the grill and there was also a fire pit which was great when it got chilly at night. This host definitely went above and beyond at this property which was amazing. We were also able to bring our pups and loved that they had their own amenities! Lourdes is so great and responsive. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

My 4 year old walked in the entryway and said, “this place is so beautiful- I love it!” And it only got better from there. Christy’s place was great! The house has a great view from the porch, living room/kitchen, and 3 of the bedrooms. The furnishings are all high quality & very comfortable. It was well stocked with cookware, soap/essentials, and also beach gear. The beach access is extremely convenient, directly across the road, to a sparsely crowded piece of sand with spectacular sunsets. Food options are a quick drive away. The unit would benefit from a guidebook and some checkout instructions printed for reference, not really a complaint - just a tip to take it over the top. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Carrie’s place was beautiful and spotless! There was anything and everything available that you could possibly need…lots of beach towels, beach chairs, floats, nice beach cart, and the house was stocked with anything you need! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The house felt private because it was surrounded by trees and shrubs. Carrie’s local recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Well stocked kitchen...best I've seen! Plenty of paper products! Easy walk to the beach! Loved the porch swing! The pool was nice, but the weather was too cold! Plenty of beach chairs and sand toys! We enjoyed the hot chocolate left for us! Coffee bar was well stocked! We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving holidays!

Tara's place was perfect for our stay! Pool area is extremely nice. I definitely recommend her place and would stay again in the future.

A great house on a perfect beach. Quiet and beautiful location. The owners did a good job and didn't over sell anything. House was great and enjoyed the stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there or with CoastalVacay again.

Sandra’s place is just as the pictures show. It was clean and cozy. WE stayed a week and it was a great base to explore up and down “The Forgotten Coast.” I would definitely go back again!

Felt right at home. Perfect for parking our boat and great accommodations for our two little dogs. Within walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Mary was easy to communicate with if needed.

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

We, along with our two senior dogs, really enjoyed our stay at Chuck's lovely little cottage. It has a laid back beach vibe, very clean, and very thoughtful in how it's stocked (dishes, towels, linens, coffee, city exploration guide, etc). There is also a nice screened in porch and fenced backyard for dogs. While we didn't meet Chuck in person, he was very communicative, friendly and helpful. We will be staying again and look forward to it!

This house had old Florida Charm. It was well maintained and the pool was a huge hit. If you are going in the cooler months just know that the pool takes around 24 hours to heat. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
