Monthly Rentals in Spinnaker Island

Sharon was an amazing host. I might say the best host I’ve ever encountered using Airbnb. The place was spotless, she had a folder with all recommendations for food, places to visit and instructions for her rental. Fresh flowers, baked cookies and veggies from her garden adorned the kitchen.

The property was spacious for the two of us , very clean, attractively painted and had everything needed for a longer stay. It was delightful to open the doors and breathe the fresh salty air coming in from the bay. The view was terrific and location very walkable. We also enjoyed watching the antics of the doves in the garden below. The blue line T is a short walk from the house and we were in Boston very quickly. Apart from one or two trips further afield we didn’t feel the need to rent a vehicle. The host’s father was very helpful ,friendly and approachable. One of our regular stops was Torretta’s Italian bakery which also had great dinner food that only needed to be heated. There is a variety of restaurants around and in Revere Beach minutes from the T. Although there are a lot of aircraft passing over, we needed to use the air conditioning at night, so windows and doors were closed masking the sound and not preventing us from sleeping soundly.

Galya's place was amazing. We stayed there a few months. The apartment had everything we need and it was also very clean. Galya and her husband are very nice people and always responded quickly if we had any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Great restaurants and grocery stores are just a few minutes away. We totally recommend Galya's place and hope to come back sometime.

Nice suburban neighborhood. House backs up to highway with road noise noticeable in backyard but the interior is very quiet and quiet hours are well observed. Host was respectful, friendly and very accomodating.
