Needed a place to stay for a few months while moving from out of state. Nice, clean home with everything we needed, and also welcoming for our furbabies. Very responsive to questions/ concerns. We are so thankful we found this house to make our transition much more easy and comfortable than we expected.

Very pleased! The apartment was clean and comfortable with an old-timey vibe and Brock was easy to work with. The bed and curtains are so effective you may miss your alarm to leave 😅 Great place!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway than our stay at Lydia’s Sonrise Cottage! This beautiful farm house is nestled in the countryside. A peaceful retreat surrounded by quiet fields made this location ideal for us—close enough for day trips to Fort Wayne, lakes & state parks but secluded enough to feel like a true escape. We were able to make a quick day trip to Pokagon State Park for a winter toboggan ride! Beautifully renovated with a modern yet cozy style perfect for any get away. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like seasonings & cooking utensils. Lydia was an incredible host! We even had a plate of fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived! It was a unexpected surprise indeed! The living space was immaculate, and the two big-screen smart TVs were perfect for winding down after exploring the area. We even had time for a fun little family movie night! A perfect getaway—we can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed an overnight stay while traveling home after Thanksgiving. The house was cozy and warm when we arrived and Jean met us as soon as we found the place. It would be a nice place to go for a longer stay during warmer weather when you can enjoy the outside deck and lake more.
