Vacation rentals with a pool in Spello

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). Highly recommended, we hope to see you again soon in the future

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. We stayed in this beautiful villa during the Christmas season, and the experience was just perfect! The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The large garden that surrounds it, complete with swimming pool, offers an atmosphere of peace and relaxation that won us over right away. Special thanks to Mrs. Mirella and her husband, exquisite and always helpful people, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. When we had a serious problem during our stay, they were incredibly understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day longer than expected, helping us with great kindness. An ideal place for those looking for tranquility, comfort and hospitality of the highest level. We can only recommend this villa and hope to be back soon! Thank you so much for everything!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The super cozy house, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and very well furnished. Daniela is super available and responsive. A mention also in Nazareno, the caretaker of the village: a hospitable person who told us the history of the village and gave advice about the area. We'd be back right away!

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a shared pool... In short, a heavenly place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Fantastic place to stay, very peaceful, easy to access. Nice walks around the farm, pristine pool, great cooking facilities. Plenty to keep the kids busy. Easy access to nearby towns and vineries. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.

We stayed in Deruta in apartmant LaCollina. Beautiful place.. Stone house, close to olive treas, pool, beautiful view... Apartman spacious, with floor heating... It was like a treat on our two weeks holiday in Italy. Thank you Yuri for welcoming us! All 10/10! Top

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. If you have any questions or problems, the host has always been kindly helped. We will be happy to come back.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi
