Ideal for people who desire a "slow holiday", to relax and day dream in an green area and listen to the sounds of the woods and admire the stars at night. As you can see Foresteria is a big "Casale" a lodge in a huge property. There are 3 homes I rent in 740 acres of forests, fields, olive fields. Difficult to describe. In between Rome and Florence, Umbria and Tuscany. Foresteria 3 is a very nice apartment, in Foresteria, for 5 persons.

There is a condominium pool . Smart TV internet. There are beds for six people. It is possible to use couch as 7th sleeping place. A crib available too if needed. The pool is shared with other guests. It is not a private pool.

Me and my wife had a wonderful week in Patrizia’s farm house. The location of the house has allowed us to discover most touristic and hidden gems of all central-Italy. It has a very strategic geographical location as well as a wonderful place to stay. Patrizia was very available since the second we booked with her. She and her family welcomed us as if we are part of their family. They are very kind and generous people who values the land and nature. I loved the olive trees, the mountains, the kaka trees, the pomegranate trees and the beautiful clear sky from her wide balcony. We were able to immerse, recharge and reconnect with nature, breathe the clearest air and eat the yummiest food. From her location we visited more than 10 Medieval 🏰 villages, PIENZA,Florence, Assisi ,Pisa, and most of Umbria and more because of the convenient location of her place. It was a beautiful place filled with beautiful memories. Thank you Patrizia and your lovely family for everything, see u soon ❤️❤️

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

The stay at Federica's was wonderful. His house is in a charming location, a short walk from Perugia. The interiors reflect Federica's sunny and elegant soul, who was extremely helpful and excellent company during our stay. Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

I've booked houses many times, I've never had hosts like this before. Upon our arrival, we found not only cheese and sausage, but also homemade bread and pastries. On the third day we were surprised with a cake and the day after they made lasagne and dessert for us. Samuele was by far the friendliest and most attentive host we have ever experienced. Its warm nature made the stunning house perfect. We were three families with children, each had their retreat. The kitchen was great for cooking together. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful, the view a dream. The pool and playground for the kids were perfect. We had a wonderful week and would come back anytime. Communication with Saskia in advance and with Samuele on site was excellent. I could rave for a long time, unfortunately the characters are not enough. 1000 thanks to Samuele for the great house and his hospitality. See you next time

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.
