Vacation rentals with a patio in Spello

Great place just a short walk to the main tourist part of town. 10 minute walk to the train station 10 minutes to the grocery store. Beautiful town to bike around. Easy train ride to Rome.

Had a lovely stay in Spello. Beautiful little town. Friendly people. Historical buildings. One problem we had was finding the latch to open the gate. Eventually we spotted a piece of plastic cord over the top which when pulled lifted the latch on the other side. We had also advised Argon we’d be late arriving and actually we found the house very cold on arrival. My suggestion would be to amend arrival instructions to ensure being able to open the gate and make sure the house is warm. It is December! However we enjoyed the property, comfortable beds and Netflix! Didn’t use the oven (only the hob) as I’m wary of gas ovens. Thank you for the water, wine, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. We will return and hopefully the weather will be warm enough to enjoy the fabulous terrace and bbq. Thank you.

The building is in a quiet area, in the green and with lake views. The apartment is spacious, brand new, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. We felt right at home. Ludovico is a helpful and attentive host.

Roberto and his wife are a real surprise and they are worth the trip on their own! Super friendly, available, and their home, in addition to being beautiful, is taken care of every detail, nothing is missing, but really nothing! He also left us 3 tickets for the mini metro, directions and leaflets of the city, he showed us every route and suggested restaurants that turned out to be great! We also had the pleasure of telling us the soul of the house...yes, the soul...which is really rare. Finally, Roberto is a painter and hanging you will find his paintings...I have to say some wonderful, with colors that kidnap. ❤️ Francesca Heart Experience

too bad it was only for one night, it was a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and very clean with all the necessary comforts and also a thought as a memory of our stay. The house is taken care of in every detail. We hope to come back in the summer for a few more days.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Thank you for waiting to help us check in even though we arrived late at night. There was nothing lacking in a well-organized accommodation for a day. The rural atmosphere around the house is perfect for organizing your day of travel.

This Airbnb is amazing and there is not much else to say. Other than the host was also so great. I accidentally booked the house for one person instead of three and we didn’t realize until a couple hours before we were supposed to arrive. But Riccardo was very kind and responsive and we got the problem fixed right away! He even had housekeeping come back and give us the extra linens needed for extra people. 10/10 location in Assisi. It was 100% worth what we paid.

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

From start to finish it was a fabulous stay in Ben’s apartment. He was so clear in all his instructions (especially how to get to the centre of Perugia, only 15minutes maximum) and helpful with all of our questions to which he gave really helpful answers. I really liked the apartment. It wasn’t tiny but not huge - had a nice size to it. It was lovely and warm as it was cold outside and I really liked the cosy sheets/ duvee and bed. It was attractivelly furnished but not twee. When coming to Perugia again which I really want to do, I’d like to stay again

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

The apartment looks just like in the pictures and is quite spacious and modern. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and loved the view from the glass "winter garden" to the Umbrian hills. The apartment also offers lovely terraces with an amazing view.

We had a lovely stay. Marco, Simona’s son was wonderful and helped us often to navigate beautiful Perugia. I especially enjoyed sitting outside listening to the cicadas at night and looking down at the lights of Assisi. Very peaceful and relaxing. I liked the little grove of olive trees. Very neat.

We loved this airbnb, especially the balcony which has a beautiful view of nearby rooftops and looks out towards the valley of Umbria. The apartment is cozy, functional and very conveniently located within 5 minute walk from the central piazza, shops, restaurants etc. Ilva helped us find a great restaurant to eat and also was very responsive to my questions about the bus.

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Very comfortable apartment, very kind and helpful host! Also great for the location, close to downtown Perugia and well connected by public transport. Clean and really well-furnished place. Highly recommended!!

Lovely stay! Jolanda and her husband are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating . There’s one gravel road that passes in front of all the rooms and the community area and the homes are pretty traditional style with the little shutter windows. It’s not noticeable in the photos but rooms are spacious. It’s very nice sitting atop the hill with the peace, quiet, nature, and views. I loved having access to the garden for herbs and salad fixings. Then you can drop down quickly and be to Cortona or the larger town at the bottom of the hill in 10-15 min drive max. I came at the end of season so the stormy weather had onset, but I look forward to coming again in summer in the near future! It was my kind of stay. Things to note: Unless you plan to pick up groceries in town and stay on site you REALLY need a car. Bed is on the firm side, not my preference, but for some a plus. Also no shower stuff (shamoo, body wash, etc) so make sure to bring your own. Washing machine is communal 5$/load.

Great experience with Federica. The house is magnificent, more beautiful and bigger than in the photos. If I had to go back to Perugia, I would definitely stay here again.
