The views are stunning and there is small hill where you walk and have even more beautiful view as quite space. Ron ensured my family’s stay was comfortable and even arranged setting up the sofa bed on short notice and very accommodating. Ron was always prompt in responding and me and my family had a pleasure staying at this place.

MAGICAL!! The property offers breathtaking views and exceptional amenities. The host, Tim, was exceptionally responsive and provided comprehensive instructions.

A great location to local restaurants and shops and very peaceful. Useful additional amenities that come from staying in a lovely home- beach courtyard and garden. Perfect for what we needed and felt like a cosy home.

Trevor was an exceptional host. He was always proactive in communication, providing clear instructions and making sure we had everything we needed. He even shared fantastic local recommendations, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. Great location which made exploring Queenstown easy and convenient. Trevor’s property was exactly as described—cozy, clean, well equipped and spacious for our family. Trevor is a reliable and trustworthy host who genuinely cares about his guests. I highly recommend staying at his place!

We loved staying at Katelyn's place. Fabulous views, spacious, well ecquiped, super clean, short drive to the center of Queenstown.

Communicating was good, Jonathan always replied quickly. Apartment was lovely and spacious with everything you need. Although there is a regular bus service into Queenstown you do need a car to enable you to see more of the area. Plenty of walking and other activities to do.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and modern the place is. Every corner of the accommodation is well-furnished, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the standout features for me was the spacious and immaculate toilets. They were stocked with all the essentials, which made my stay even more convenient. It’s clear that the host has thought of everything, as she even provided food and condiments for guests to use, adding a lovely touch of hospitality. The location is another major plus. Situated near the town, it’s perfect for exploring local attractions, dining, and shopping. Yet, despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the accommodation still offers a peaceful retreat. The best part of my stay was the breathtaking scenery from the balcony. The gorgeous views were the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and evening relaxation. I found myself spending a lot of time just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.

The location was great! Short, although steep, walk from the centre of Queenstown while capitalising on the beautiful views. The outdoor space was a bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

All 4 of us were beyond blown away by this place. Fitted our needs and then some. Actually spent more time cooking and dining at home than expected because of the kitchen, bbq and incredible views of the lake. The only negative we could come up with was that we weren’t able to overstay our welcome and squat here forever. It was the consensus that we will book this apartment should we return to NZ next year.

What a beautiful apartment, with a fireplace and balcony with views to top it off. We loved our stay, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms (with heated tiles) and a fully stocked kitchen. Bonus if staying with friends is thateach of the two bed and baths are on opposite sides of the living area, so basically private sleep/bath spaces. Only warning would be to those not comfortable parking a bigger car in a very tight garage - it's a squeeze.

Great place to stay! Super clean, spacious, and well thought out. The kitchen has everything we could need, bathroom was clean (the heated floors were a big plus), and the bedrooms were good. The views were spectacular too! It was walking distance to downtown, but it was a bit hilly and about a 10-15 min walk. We found it easy to walk there, but too steep on the way back. Overall this was a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Fabulous stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Wonderful views. Spacious apartment with all that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Steep driveway that we didn’t attempt in our hire van. Plenty of off street party. Keren was a wonderful host. Apartment stayed warm from all the fabulous sun. Fire place used once worked well. Heated towel racks were a luxury as was the huge spa bath in main bedroom.

Very nice accomodation with a short drive to city and other places. Enjoyed our time well.

Our family had a fabulous time at Sarah's place! The house is beautiful and the outlook is stunning. We enjoyed the huge - warm space the house offers, watching the stars from the spa, snuggling up by the outdoor fireplace and eating breakfast as the sun rises over the mountains. The location is fantastic, close proximity to the airport, a short drive to the shops in town and Coronet Peak is just 15 minutes away. Oak - the cat was a delightful addition to our stay and the family is now in negotiations for a feline friend. Sarah is an awesome host, friendly and very responsive. Thank you Sarah and family for sharing your amazing home - we would love to come back!

The accommodation was fabulous with lake and mountain views to die for. Queenstown had everything you could wish for. There were 4 of us - all of us would not hesitate to book again. The property was half way us a steep hill but you could walk in 20-30 minutes to the centre, catch a bus or use UBER. Don’t just go with a taxi in the town as they charge more than double than an Uber!

Great place to stay with a group of friends for the week! Heaps of space. Very warm. Loved the spa. Easy access to the lakeside track. Loved being out of the traffic of central Queenstown!

This is one of the best airb&b's I have stayed in. David was an excellent host/communicator. The home was super clean and the view ... the view is absolutely stunning. The home is in a quiet neighbourhood and there is privacy while lounging/sitting on the deck. The location is easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, walking. If you choose to walk, it's about a 25 minute walk to town, a seven minute bus ride, or a five minute car ride. Coming back from town, it's uphill, so you can either get some steps in, use your rental car, or take the bus. There are also many amazing hikes close to this airb&b. The home is stocked with everything you will need. Thank you David!

Our family of 4 spent several nights in Kaye’s Villa and we all loved the Villa. There was an amazing view of the lake and mountains. We decided to cook in most evenings just so we could enjoy the view more and use the kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed to cook nice meals. The living room area was very comfortable where you can sit back and enjoy a roaring fire. The two chairs in the alcove area looking out over the lake were everyone’s favorite. The deck is also very nice for relaxing in a couple of wicker chairs outside when the weather cooperates. All the bathrooms were very clean and the bedrooms had high quality linens. The washer and dryer in the Villa is high quality and sure helps out when you are traveling for weeks. Our family loved staying at Kaye’s Villa and will always remember this place. Kaye was also very helpful on restaurant recommendations and very proactive in communicating. We highly recommend Kaye’s Villa.

Such a great home to stay in. We were two families and it worked perfectly! Plenty of everything that you need. Kids loved the games room and plenty of towels were provided which is needed with kids in and out the spa! Fireplaces were amazing with plenty of wood! There is nothing that they could have done differently! This will be our go to Queenstown home!!! Excellent amount of space for everyone to relax and have fun in!
