The house is new and clean, with an indoor garage. 2.5bathrooms are perfect for 6 of us. The view from the living room is beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

My family loved our stay at Sarah and Grant’s beautiful house, there was some disappointment that we had to leave! The area has many attractions and activities. The house is in a quiet residential area and is super spacious with a private garden, more than one living area and good sized bedrooms. Spotlessly clean, the house had all the amenities listed and was even better than in the pictures (and the pictures made it look really good!). We highly recommend staying at this wonderful property if you are looking to visit the Wanaka area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Felt straight out of a TV show - beautiful views, ultra modern architecture and decor, spotlessly clean. Really tasteful touches attempting to create a luxury experience. True indoor-outdoor blended living with the huge glass windows that fold away to allow access to the patio deck. Cromwell itself is a quiet town with not much to do, but the location suited us well as we did day trips out to Queenstown, Glenorchy, Wanaka and Haast, and Cromwell was central to those. Besides with such a nice home and a communicative host, you'll probably want to spend more time in than out.

We had an excellent time in Queenstown. The apartment was awesome, beautiful, elegant, clean, modern, comfortable, with a breathtaking view. It had top of the line amenities. Modern clean bathrooms. Overall excellent place. Highly recommended.

Great apartment on the hill, even though it doesn’t have direct views of the lake you can see the lake from the deck, and the view of Queenstown Hill and the mountains with snow were beautiful. Clean space well equipped and very warm! The gas fireplace was great.

Such a lovely stay, I wish I had longer. Lovely polished floors, homely feel to the place in such a quiet (but with lovely birds singing) area. Clean, tidy and all we needed. Sarah and Briar were responsive and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and modern the place is. Every corner of the accommodation is well-furnished, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the standout features for me was the spacious and immaculate toilets. They were stocked with all the essentials, which made my stay even more convenient. It’s clear that the host has thought of everything, as she even provided food and condiments for guests to use, adding a lovely touch of hospitality. The location is another major plus. Situated near the town, it’s perfect for exploring local attractions, dining, and shopping. Yet, despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the accommodation still offers a peaceful retreat. The best part of my stay was the breathtaking scenery from the balcony. The gorgeous views were the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and evening relaxation. I found myself spending a lot of time just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.

Super clean place, warm with fire and heatpump. Fire did not work and host responded straight away and had it fixed. Very friendly, great location for skiing!

Alison’s place in winter is simply perfect. Comfortable, spacious and toasty warm with heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. The lounge also has a huge gas fireplace where you can sit and take in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. From the front door it’s an easy 4-5 minute stroll along the lake to the centre of town where everything is at your finger tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, we just parked the car in the garage and didn’t think about driving for our entire stay. Alison has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay - we’ll definitely be back.

A very comfortable place to stay. It’s a managed property with 30 or so adjoining properties and getting the key felt more like checking into a hotel /motel. Very efficient all the same. It’s on a hill so there were nice views and there’s a trail that takes you to the lakefront walkway. It takes about 15 mins to walk into town. A very pretty walk - we’ve been to Queenstown before but hadn’t been down that side of the lake. There are 3 spacious double bedrooms upstairs, including one master with ensuite. The staircase is wide and the steps shallow. We had our elderly mum with us and she coped well with them. The kitchen is lovely and we opted to cook one night of our stay. Hot drink options and salt and pepper are available but no oil or other cooking condiments. Would happily stay here again.

A perfect spot for our family of four to stay for our ski trip. Location was so amazingly central and easy, house was quiet, clean and warm. Would definitely book again!

Great house to stay at with a family group. Beautiful rooms, good space and pretty much everything you need is there.

Great place and great locations. Tucked in a corner where there is nice view and private space yet near to the city centre. Less than 10mins drive. One side note is that maybe campervan owners that want to book this place can find it challenging to park in the property. But you can park outside or around the neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Tina’s. It was cosy and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Nice outdoor area although the weather didn’t really allow us to sit outside. We did enjoy the fire though. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t walk into town as it was winter but it’s only a very short drive to the centre.

Our family of 4 spent several nights in Kaye’s Villa and we all loved the Villa. There was an amazing view of the lake and mountains. We decided to cook in most evenings just so we could enjoy the view more and use the kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed to cook nice meals. The living room area was very comfortable where you can sit back and enjoy a roaring fire. The two chairs in the alcove area looking out over the lake were everyone’s favorite. The deck is also very nice for relaxing in a couple of wicker chairs outside when the weather cooperates. All the bathrooms were very clean and the bedrooms had high quality linens. The washer and dryer in the Villa is high quality and sure helps out when you are traveling for weeks. Our family loved staying at Kaye’s Villa and will always remember this place. Kaye was also very helpful on restaurant recommendations and very proactive in communicating. We highly recommend Kaye’s Villa.
