Absolutely loved this place, it’s so beautiful, spacious and clean. It was a little oasis and we did not want to leave. It was so convenient and nicely organized. Very cozy overall with a great neighborhood. Everyone we came in contact with on our walks were so friendly. We loved waking up and finding the baby gators in the pond across the street. Sad to leave!!! Would love to stay again

Dan’s place was absolutely beautiful. We were a group of 14 people and the house fitted us perfectly in fact it could have easily fitted another 4-6 people. Huge house with lot of rooms. Dan and his team were great. Called and texted us thru our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Last but not the least, my initial booking was not this house it was another property owned by Dan. However due to the hurricane Milton damages Dan’s team contacted me right away offering this house in replace of the other one. This process could have been a nightmare but the team made me feel secure and took care of all the changes. I will definitely stay at this property again or any other property owned Dan. I will also always recommend his properties and his team to all my friends and family. Thank you Dan and your team for the great hospitality. Keep up the good work it makes all the difference. Perfect house in a safe cozy area, home was clean and had everything you need to complete your stay. Host was easy to talk to and answered all my questions will deff come back here

Everything was as advertised. Clean. Comfy beds. Great location if you are going beachcombing at Rollover Pass, the Lonely house and High Island. We chose this location due to short driving distance to the above mentioned areas.

Mark’s place was an absolutely fabulous stay for our family of 6. We enjoyed all of our interactions with Mark leading up to and during our stay. The home was gorgeous and private with the most amazing view sitting on the ocean. Monique picked us up and drove us for the first few days, we also had the pleasure of having her daughter and her mother pick us up at different times as well, they were all amazing and full of great, helpful information and recommendations for our stay. Big Mama (Monique’s mother) was the sweetest and even waited for us when we got to a vehicle rental location that told us there were no vehicles for us after we had reserved one. She drove us around to the next one and made she we had a vehicle before leaving us and even went so far as to call their first place to understand how that could happen, we were extremely grateful! We would absolutely stay there again, a great location and we would recommend it to anyone traveling to this beautiful area!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We stayed here with 7 other families for a cheer competition. The kids staying ranged in ages from 1 to 12 (boys/girls) and they all loved every space! We were able to watch movies in the theater area, bowled, swam, and used the arcade often! The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which was so nice! The massive TV in the living room was awesome, and the dads had no problems figuring out how to get multiple basketball games going at the same time. There were also plenty of pots/pans for cooking, and dishes/silverware for meals. I will say, if you’re planning on doing dishes or laundry, make sure you bring those detergents, etc or put them on your grocery list. Also, be sure and bring shampoo and conditioner. Some airbnbs include those items and others don’t. This one does not. Obviously not a problem, but just wanted to put it out there for anyone planning what to bring. Ellie was super quick with her responses. Great house!!!

My party of 13 had a great time at Toi's place! Plenty of places to sleep with extra rollaway beds. Very clean and a lot of space to hang out and socialize. It's a beautiful area for a nice getaway outside of the city.

Our large group came down for the Tulane football game on Thanksgiving. We loved this location because it was walkable to St. Charles (close to downtown) and an easy drive to the university. We loved the modern, multi-level home with so many spaces to spread out. The private rooftop with a view of the city was the best gathering space. The shared backyard area was beautiful, too. We were surprised at how quiet it was being so close to downtown. We would definitely rent this again.

The hosts are absolutely amazing! They were beyond accommodating and wonderful to talk to. The pool is great and even has a small deep end. The view is truly magically and you can hear the waves from the bedrooms! Also has a big couch for the whole family. The kitchen supplies and linens could use some replacing, and the beds were a little hard, but we would 100% stay again!

The place is fantastic to share with the entire family. The swimming pool is great. There a is a ping pong table. The house’s decoration is simple and beautiful Eric was so nice The best part, is pet friendly and there are not restriction about your dog weight I’d love to go back and have longer vacation soon

Great place to stay near family for Thanksgiving. Well stocked kitchen and we were able to host Thanksgiving dinner comfortably. Host was very communicative and quick to respond. The house screams Miami and has the amenities you need to have a fun time. Be mindful of the rules which are clearly laid out and it should be a positive experience.

Book it! We had a great time staying at this house for my birthday. It looks just like the photos, was very clean, and the pool area was beautiful. The beds are also quite comfortable! I really appreciated how responsive Patty and Amir were to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. I’d definitely book again in the future.

Lisa’s place in Pinehurst is a lovely place for a weekend stay, and the proximity to the village and golf courses is perfect for whatever you’re looking to do. Love the space and would highly recommend!

Wonderful spacious home. Flexible check in. Host is very responsive. Pool is absolutely amazing! My son loved the double shower heads! Just all around perfect stay!!!!

It’s a very nice house, and we really enjoyed the social area. The house was very clean, and Miguel is very attentive, quickly responding to messages and always available for anything. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. There was no dishwasher, and my suggestion would be to replace the wine cooler in the kitchen with a dishwasher, as I think it would be more useful. The house is exactly how pictures show. Overall, everything went well, and we hope to return soon.

Can not say enough great things about this spot. Beautiful location, sparkling clean, amazing indoor pool, lots of fun games to play, great outdoor hangout spaces, and more… Would definitely recommend and will probably be back again sometime. Thannk you very much!

We stayed at the villa during July. If you are on the fence about booking this place - don’t wait and do it! The house is located in a beautiful gated community with gorgeous homes. The villa looks even better than the pictures and the pool overlooks a river. There are 4 bedrooms that can host 3+ families comfortably especially with 3 full bathrooms! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities and even has 2 different coffee machines to choose from (which we definitely took advantage of). Pool area is fabulous! Pool can be heated for an extra charge. If you go to the beach, it’s 10 minutes away and the garage has all the goods (beach chairs, sand toys, etc). The location is amazing (10-20 minute drive to the beach, 5th avenue, zoo, etc). The host, Nik, is fantastic! Very friendly, responsive and helpful! The best AirBnB experience thus far! Thank you for a wonderful experience! 5 stars all the way!
