The place was so nice! Sara even went out of her way to communicate with me the snow conditions because she knew we were in a uhaul. Would definitely recommend!

Michelle’s place was amazing - exactly as described and had all the right amenities for our family vacation with two little ones. The location was perfect (right down the street from the Alley 3 with the amazing sunset view). The entire space was exactly what our family of 4 needed. Loved all the outdoor activities available, as well (bags, basketball hoop, bikes, ping pong, places to lounge). Michelle was the perfect host and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. I’d definitely recommend Michelle’s place. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving week. The house is spotless, and the beds and couch are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has high-quality cutlery and cookware. We were able to pull off a Thanksgiving dinner there! I also want to mention that the coffee was amazing! The hosts were very kind and responsive and were very helpful with putting our Thanksgiving celebration together. The next time we are in the area, we will stay here again! Highly recommended.

I booked for the weekend to attend my masters graduation as I live in East Texas. The hot tub was a big bonus for the booking, as my disabled mother and my father drove up for graduation as well, and the long car ride was tough on her. We initially had a hard time getting the hot tub started and Derek was very responsive to messages and feedback, and promptly addressed any concerns. One of the best air b&b stays I’ve ever had. The property is located close to so many businesses and is conveniently located. It was also spotless, the beds were comfortable, and thought that was put into the house is evident. My kids were excited to see toys, books, and board games. The house was the perfect place for such an emotional and meaningful weekend, and I can’t speak highly enough of the property and the host, ESPECIALLY considering the price. It was worth every penny and more. Thank you, Derek, for your thoughtfulness and anticipating the needs in regards to families and children.

This was the perfect place for our "Girls Weekend". It was quiet and very safe. It was my daughter's 40th bday. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping nearby. It was just a wonderful place and plenty of room for the kids to play.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and stocked with everything needed. The dogs liked the fenced in yard. Appliances look new and the furniture is lovely. We recommend this listing. Dodie responded quickly to messages and answered all our questions.

This is a great spot if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown Sarasota. Everything is modern and clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The water pressure in the showers is phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable. Includes a water pitcher in the fridge for filtered drinking water. The only drawback was our unit was facing Fruitville Road so traffic noise was bothersome, but we had the windows open for fresh air so that probably contributed to that. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt so comfortable and peaceful at the Orr Street Inn! This was a great place for a family to stay. It was clean and well kept but didn’t feel too fussy for our kids to enjoy themselves. There were games inside and a playground outside. We met one of the hosts and received a warm welcome. I will be recommending this to all my friends with kids who travel in the area! Thanks so much!

Wow. First off I just want to say how friendly and accommodating Marco and Byron are! They are extremely good with communication and are just very nice people overall. The location was super clean and exactly as pictured/described. The pool is amazing, it’s secluded and was a great spot to relax. Whether you’re popping into Miami for a night or two or staying a little longer I would HIGHLY recommend. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here if we ever come back to the area. I stay in Paducah a few times a year to visit family and this space is my favorite stay thus far. It’s super clean, convenient for downtown activities, and the balcony with river view is a major plus. Greatly recommended and appreciative of the hospitality/responsiveness of the host.

Stayed for a week and everything was great for me and my employees

I enjoyed my stay at Elizabeth's place. The apartment was cozy and the perfect size for me as a solo traveller on this trip, but would work for a couple as well. The large walk-in shower was great, and Elizabeth made sure to have coffee and cream there for me to enjoy. I did want to note that there is a staircase in the living area that leads down into the host's home, but there is a door at the bottom that I'd assume is kept locked. Lastly, the location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was nice and I had no safety concerns. Would recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay at this condo. The balcony is incredible with a full view for sunrise and sunset. Kitchen is well-stocked and made it easy to eat and make all meals! Bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains contributed to a great night of rest each night. Origin is a great place to stay for easy beach access and a wonderful & private pool! Feels private and safe. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Really hoping to stay again soon!

Robert’s place was very clean and as described. It was quiet and location to the beach was a very short walk. The only thing was the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable but we took a mattress topper which made it better. Robert is a great host and we had a Great Thanksgiving week at his place.

What a magical stay for me and my family. This place was so adorable. Decorated lovely with such a cool beach vibe! It was so close to the beach. There was so much to do. The pool was amazing overall we would stay here again 100 times. The place was extremely clean and had all amenities you would want the bunkbeds for my kids were so comfortable and the main bedroom mattress was absolutely comfortable. The TVs are oversized and perfect. There was books to read things to do. You're close to everything GULF Shores was amazing and if we ever go back, I'll stay here again.

We had a great stay. We’ve stayed in several different units at The Knolls over the years and this was one of our favorites. There was plenty of space for our family, and the bunk room was great for the kids — although there was some squabbling over who would get which bed. (Who knew that once you turned it into a fort, the bottom bunk would become such a hot commodity!) Overall, I would highly recommend it and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, the heater for the indoor pool broke down the day before we were set to arrive, so that was a huge bummer. We were hoping it would be up and running before we left but unfortunately, it was not. Aside from that, though, our trip was perfect.

This is a nice place to stay. It could use a new coat of paint and some furnishings aren’t as high quality as the pictures would indicate, but it’s a good value, with lots of space, in a relatively convenient part of town and within walking distance to Oddstory Brewing and the Sculpture Park.
