Great house to stay in. Spacious and very very clean. We had everything we needed here. Parking in the street with a permit provided by Ann was so easy - its a big help when you can get easy parking outside the house. Ann was easy to contact and deal with and very friendly. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Superb Centrally Located Town House

Having just moved to the UK for work, Mark's place was our temporary home for a week whilst we scoped out Sheffield and the surrounding areas. Mark welcomed us at the door smiling and was kind enough to have left a pizza as well as wine and cookies for us in the fridge which was very thoughtful as we were tired after our long drive. He was also very responsive whenever we had questions. The house itself was very clean, inviting, and had all the necessities. Its location is ideal for anyone wishing to be in the heart of Sheffield as its close to the city centre and just a stones throw away from the Peak District. We were a bit worried about the parking situation on the street but we never really had an issue finding a spot. The park directly opposite the house is perfect for anyone travelling with dogs and provides a nice view from the bedroom.

Victoria's home had exactly what we needed. Crookes was a pleasant surprise as there was everything we required on our doorstep. We were visiting Sheffield University which was also in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of staying in a lovely part of Sheffield.

Clean, well-equipped, three-bedroomed house at the edge of Sheffield city centre, near the University. It’s on the edge of a busy roundabout and road, but the traffic didn’t bother us. Would suit three singles, a small family or possibly two couples. There’s a tram stop a few minutes’ walk with frequent trams to the city centre, Ponds Forge, the English Institute of Sport, Meadowhall, etc. It’s also easy to walk into town – about 20 minutes to the Crucible Theatre – and there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops along the route (West Street and Division Street). Parking permits are provided so you can park close to the property. Claire is a brilliant host – helpful and responsive. We had a great stay!

We chose this accommodation due to its closeness to the English Institute of Sport as was attending an event there over the weekend. Place was as described and would be more than happy to stay there again. Jake was very responsive to any queries that we had.

This property is ideal for a few days stay in the area. It's not huge but perfectly adequate for 2 adults. And an ideal base for visiting local attractions in the area. It is very good value for money. Trudi was a great host

Lisa’s property is peaceful and lovely. Decor was much nicer than most rental properties. It is tastefully done and so very comfortable. All instructions were easy to follow. Lisa was a communicative host who offered flexibility with check-in, as I was arriving with a lot of bags after a work day and had a rather small window for arrival. I had stayed elsewhere in Doncaster in a much noisier and busier area. Lisa’s home was a safe and quiet oasis, but still close to everything. Really appreciated this home away from home, and will happily return in the future!

I had a wonderful time at Eva's. The rooms are true to pictures, and you get the whole floor to yourself. The cats were so cute - Merlin is more sociable and comes up to the rooms if you let him, while Poppy prefers to keep a safety distance. Eva was warm, friendly and patient - though I had many questions she was always on hand to help me and I really appreciated it. As it was nearly winter, she made sure to switch on the heater for me. In terms of the location, it was a quick bus ride to the city centre/train station/university though it requires some planning around the bus timings. For food, the portugese custard tart and brunch recommended by Eva were delicious! Meersbrook Park, where you get a view of the city, is also nearby. I would recommend a stay here if you like some peace and quiet in a leafy, residential area. Thank you again Eva for your hospitality

Spacious town house in Sheffield. The important areas were clean, kitchen, bathroom, clean bedding. The location suited our needs, not far from the city centre, a minor issue with the key safe and getting into the property, however this was delt with quickly. The sofa in the lounge is not a comfortable sofa at all ( it's a sofa bed) Bedroom was interesting, the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together, causing a roll into the gap, bottom sheet not big enough and 2 double duvets as a regular double would not have been big enough. The pillows felt like they were filled with foam pieces, they didn't feel like proper pillows. Having said all that, it suited our needs, the dog felt very at home, and it was clean, price point was okay for this property and the support team were excellent.

I had a very comfortable night's stay at Ariana's. This basement flat is nicely furnished with a clean, modern bathroom. There were plenty of entertainment options, including an extensive book and DVD collection and board games. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow and Ariana kindly agreed to let me leave my bags at the property after check-out and collect them later in the day. I would highly recommend staying here.

A very welcoming host and a great experience thank you Tahira for your hospitality. The room was very comfortable, spacious and homely, with some great views of Sheffield through the skylight. I was made to feel very welcome and it was a friendly and relaxed vibe to the place. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Michael’s place, it was super super clean, tidy and well thought out. The house itself is extremely convenient for us location wise with easy access to Sheffield and the Peak District. Michael was fantastic with communication, and offered some really helpful recommendations and advice. Highly recommended and we’d love to stay again soon!

My 3 night stay here was very pleasant, nice and quiet and just the job for what I needed - a bed to come back to for the night! Spotlessly clean and a well run operation. The location is in a nice area and was conveniently close to where my student son was staying. Enjoyed my chats with Hui Zhen!

John was a great host during my 2-month stay - very helpful and always anticipate my needs such as preparing hot water bottle, showing me around the kitchen & toilet, teaching me how to use the laundry and many more! He has been very patient with my little jumpy behavior (I get scared easily if someone is near me) and he was very considerate every time he walked in to the kitchen to avoid scaring me. We had great chats over random topics from spiritual beliefs, work/career and life! John even brought me to Burns Night celebration by his friend which was super fun! He also gave me a lot of advice about navigating Sheffield and introducing me to various cities in the UK for my travels. The room was squeaky clean and pretty, exactly like the pictures! It is easily walkable from the universities and city centre within 10-30 minutes depending where you want to go, and it feels very safe at night walking alone myself. Overall a great stay and I'd love to stay with John again if I visit!

We had a short stay at Steve's place and pretty much had the place to ourselves. We needed a place near Bole Hill Park, so the location was perfect. We also needed to check in a bit earlier than stated, and Steve was very accommodating for us, which we appreciated so much! Really responsive and clear communication. Had no issues checking in, it was very easy. Would definitely recommend!
