Cute and cosy little annex on the side of Nicola's lovely home in quiet Holmbridge. Lovely walks for the dogs on the doorstep and a friendly pub with great food just a few minutes walk.

Ann is very friendly and easy to chat to and I enjoyed listening to her stories. She made me feel at home and I could use the fridge to store food items and cook meals in her kitchen. There were also tea and coffee making facilities in the room too. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sheffield. Thank you for a great stay Ann.

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Kate was really proactive in communicating and responding to queries. The cottage was immaculately presented. We loved all the extra Easter decorations. Kate's homemade granola proved to be a breakfast staple. We felt right at home. The location is so peaceful with lovely views. We weren't brave enough to try out the hot tub! As we have family in the area we are looking forward to returning.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Sarah was really nice and accommodating. It made a great base to go and explore Sheffield and the Peak district. We would 100% recommend.

Sue's annexe is extremely comfortable and felt very homely. Her beautiful artwork, furnishings and mix of the modern and vintage are lovely. The bathroom is a generous size with good quality toiletries. Theres lots of tourist information, games, books etc. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed some very tasty homemade flapjack. The back garden is just a delight, really pretty and I'd imagine a sun trap in the Summer. Thanks so much for a lovely stay with so much care and attention to detail Liz and Ray x

Lovely place. Roomy. Lovely flagstones throughout. Sweet garden out the back. Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to town. Good quality beds and bedding. Kind offerings from host included fruit, cereal, bread, butter and milk. Made life very easy. Would definitely book again if we're welcome.

We had a great stay here whilst we were hiking In the Peak District. Both Ian & Fiona were super friendly and helped us with the best routes as we had never been here before. The house was stunning, clean & perfect for our stay. We really appreciated all of their help and everything provided. Would really recommend. Thanks Ian & Fiona😊

Loved staying in the Loft! Angela is an amazing host and was particularly helpful in advising us on the best walks, places to visit and where to eat. All of her suggestions were spot on and really added to our enjoyment of the Peaks. Really recommend this place and thank you Angela.

Florence's location was just where I needed it to be for a brief, one night stay in Doncaster, and at a very reasonable cost. I did not spend much time at her place, but my room was comfortable enough and Florence was a lovely host. I greatly appreciated both the refrigerator and the fan in the room. Please note, for those like me who might be older - the room I stayed in is on the very top floor (up 3 flights of stairs), the bathroom is down 2 flights of stairs from the room, and the stall shower was not operational during my stay (but the climb-in tub did jhave a hand-held shower unit).
