It was lovely of Dolly to leave us a homemade victoria sponge. She also took the time to say hello to us in person and check we had all we needed, which was a nice touch. Homely, comfortable and well decorated barn conversion - we had everything we needed and more (even a games room with a pool and table tennis table!). Would love to come back 😊

Had a great stay for our anniversary at the diary farm, the barn is very spacious and clean, was very cosy with underfloor heating and the wood burner, and extra heaters, no chance of being cold, the layout of barn works well, cosy lounge, big kitchen, walk-in shower and nice bedrooms down one end. Was very quiet and peaceful , Debbie was a most welcoming and fantastic host .the garden is big and fully enclosed, so dog was well accommodated, surrounded by farm and woodlands great for walks, would definitely recommend staying here, great retreat from which to explore Cornwall

The cottage is in a lovely location with peaceful surroundings and pleasant grounds. Although we never met Elizabeth in person she was available by phone and answered our questions promptly. The cottage itself is quite old and is no doubt a challenge to keep very clean. The bathroom is at the opposite end of the cottage to the bedroom which is worth considering if a guest has limited mobility. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and a comprehensive guide to using the facilities was available. Overall, we had a pleasant, relaxing stay and would recommend the cottage to those seeking a quiet, peaceful break.
