Me and two friends had the most amazing stay here! The beach was a super easy walk and there were many walkable restaurants and bars. The hotel was super clean, had everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the cute courtyard right outside. It was a perfect spot to enjoy morning breakfast! Hosts and crew were super friendly and responsive and helped us get any extra necessities. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience!

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at the Lagoon. We had nightly dinners at the picnic tables down in the entertainment area, we enjoyed an outdoor movie night on a rainy day, the kids used the pool daily even in Feb (heated pool is great), the walk to the beach was easy & quick. They provided everything we needed for the beach with kids, sand toys, chairs, beach blanket, umbrella-including a wagon to carry everything. Drew & Brad were amazing to work with. We hope to be back next winter for a family getaway.

The exterior of the building features a charming two-story design with a light blue facade. Lush palm trees and greenery surround the paved courtyard, complemented by airy steps leading to a second-floor balcony. Seating areas are visible, inviting relaxation in the outdoor space.

I can’t say enough great things about Lanikas property. Immaculate, extremely comfortable bed the unit was fully stocked including beach towels and beach chairs if needed. Located very close to the beach, walkable. The pool was also immaculate as well as the outdoor barbecue. I very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. Our son recently moved to St Pete and this is going to be our go to place to stay when we visit. Thank you much

We loved staying at Kathy’s place. It was a wonderful oasis, with a beautiful and relaxing pool area. We ran into Kathy’s brother Jim multiple times while outside and got great recommendations for things to do in the area (Get Up and Go kayaking at Shell Key Preserve!!) and also asked to make sure our stay was top notch. They had nice chairs, umbrellas, and a few tents that can be used for your beach trips (we used the chairs and umbrella, which are essential). Bonus points for being super walkable to the beach *and* all the restaurants/bars in the area.

We booked this for our son and his family. It was a great location, right around the corner from where my husband and I are staying for a couple months. They had everything they needed and they enjoyed their stay. Their only complaint was not enough sheets/blankets for the pull-out couch. Otherwise it was really good!

If you're still looking at places, stop! This is the place to stay! For the location and amenities in Clearwater you will not beat the price! We stayed for a long weekend and it was everything we could ask for at half the cost. Walkable distance to everything. The staff was amazing and like family. Down-home feeling that you wont get in a hotel high rise. Complimentary drinks offered during your stay really made this a homerun for us... Mimosas in the pool every morning and we were even allowed a late night swim without issues. Always clean and rooms refreshed as you see fit. Again for the location, price and amenities you will be hard pressed to top the Ivory Sands stay! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Perfect place to stay on PAS! They have everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation - beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, floats and even bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The pool was perfect for winding down a hot day. Zero complaints and definitely no regrets staying here.

My best friend is in town from NY and we booked this last minute. I personally think the pictures didn't do the hotel justice as it was much better than even the pictures portrayed. it is right in the middle of Clearwater and walking distance to many bars and restaurants but it felt very quiet. My friend and I hung out at the pool most of the time and the ladies working in the lobby were so wonderful and accommodating to all of our needs. The hotel was beautifully designed and the pool area was our favorite! We will definitely stay at Ivory sands again and tell friends and family to do the same!

We stayed for the weekend to escape the cold, and Devon Shores truly delivered. Excellent communication, clean accommodations, modern amenities, etc. We did encounter a broken shower head, but I’m keeping this a 5-star rating because the way they handled it went above and beyond. We’ll be back :)

I travel with my kids to Tampa and St Pete a lot, and let me tell you guys this place is the best location and accommodation by far!! The hotel is absolutely charming, comfortable, has everything you need and great space!! The kids LOVED the pool, you can see the bay sunsets and sunrise sky from the rooms, you could not be closer to the beach or wonderful restaurants including a kid friendly spot ON the beach that’s open early AND late!! I will absolutely be coming back

I rented Molly's place for my co-worker for a total of four months. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Molly as a host and for the property. Molly was always responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and in pristine condition. During our stay, there was a new leather sofa and chair put in, as well as a brand new paint job. Molly even provided complimentary cleanings throughout the stay. She made sure that our stay was comfortable and clean throughout its entirety. My coworker's favorite part about this property was that it was directly on the sand! 1000/10 recommend!

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

Great location for an easy stay at St. Pete Beach. Kathy worked with me to make it work for us for an event in the area. Loved the parking and ambiance around the pool.

We had an incredible time staying at Kathy’s place in St. Pete Beach. The location of the bnb was perfect walking distance to the beach and plenty of food spots. We also visited Zoo Tampa, downtown St. Petersburg and other local attractions that were all within a reasonable driving distance. The beach was beautiful, crystal clear water and was very clean. The unit itself was clean, the pool was awesome and we felt like it provided everything we needed for our little getaway from Philly. Thanks again for hosting us :)

Everything was just as it was advertised and instructions were clear. The room is just across from the beach and the location is very walkable. Parking was plentiful in the attached lot. The room is spacious and it was very clean. The rooftop bar gets a little crowded at sunset but that was to be expected. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, room (901) had a view of the beach and is within walking distance to all major attractions. Room was clean and had a great rooftop bar (great place to view the sunset). Lauren was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, great place to stay on Clearwater Beach.

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was like a paradise. Waking up to a beautiful view was amazing. The place is minutes to walk to beach. We would recommend anyone who wants a wonderful vacation at the Clearwater beach. We will definitely come back.
