David's house had everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable few days. It is an ideal base for walking. He has a comprehensive list of local walks backed by all the relevant maps. I would recommend this place to anybody. The house is ideal as a base for walks in the National Park and only walking distance to the centre of the town.

Lovely Studio Cottage in a quiet cul de sac in the beautiful village of Kirkby Fleetham. It’s an area I know well and we were up to see family in Leeming Bar for Christmas. Great pub (Black Horse) literally 3 minutes walk from the AirBnB - the food here was amazing.

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale.
