Monthly Rentals in South Los Angeles

Was overall very satisfied with my stay at Natalie and Steve’s spot. Both very kind people who were always responsive. I’m a young man who was always on the move so I personally don’t mind too much noise, but the only issue that someone might have is that every surrounding house has dogs that bark a lot. I love dogs and the house was insulated enough where it wasn’t too bothersome. Outside of that you got a clean house and you’ll love the shower, kitchen area, and spacious living room. For those that rent in the future, just be careful going outside to do laundry because Natalie scares easy, lol. Really felt at home and my friends who visited also gave praise to the house. Thank you!!

Loved loved loved staying here! It was clean, great location, necessary parking. I love that it was stocked with the things you dread buying when going to an Airbnb (spices, TP, alllll the cleaning supplies, etc). Super responsive and proactive host! Incredibly kind and would recommend anyone stay!

This place is truly beautiful, offering a serene and private space that perfectly matches the photos. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best places I’ve experienced in Los Angeles.

Vincent’s place was exactly as described. Clean, cozy & convenient lil studio with lots of street parking. Hosts were very responsive, kind and accommodating. Stayed here for an event at SoFi and was easy walking distance to the venue. I definitely recommend recommend staying here.
