Vacation rentals with beach access in South Los Angeles

I loved my stay here! The place was in a perfect location just steps from the beach. It felt safe and like home while I was there. The place was also beautifully decorated and had everything I could’ve needed including kitchen utensils and cookware. All of the small touches and additions really made for a great and comfortable stay. I loved the local recommendations Erin provided and she was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would recommend the place to anyone wanting a quiet beach stay that is close to tons of shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay again!

What a great place and amazing location ! We stayed with 4 family members and enjoyed the bedroom space and common space. Greta was very responsive ! We would stay here again when in Long Beach.

We had a great stay at Jonathan’s place! It was in a nice neighborhood and very walkable to the beach. The house had everything we needed for a week stay, and Jonathan was a responsive and friendly host.

Book Kim’s place!!! Don’t think, just book! This was such a fantastic spot for our family trip to the LA area. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4. We were coming to town for Disneyland and beach time, and we also visited the Aquarium of the Pacific which was very close to Kim’s place. Kim lives on-site so it was wonderful to chat with her and her husband multiple times during our stay. They made sure we were well taken care of. The location was easy for access to LAX as well as a quick drive to Disneyland. The beach was pristine and essentially a private beach as other reviewers have said. The patio is right on a beautiful boardwalk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and easy to find a place to park. We come to the area about once a year and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. We will be back!! Thanks Kim for a wonderful stay!

We had an outstanding stay at Bradley’s Airbnb. Location was excellent, very walkable, close to the beach, lots of restaurants and just easy access to everything Manhattans Beach has to offer. Airbnb was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Host was super communicative, welcoming and very helpful. We would love to be back!

A family of four had a comfortable stay before heading out. The kids love the loft room so much that I think it will be memorable. Thank you😀

I hate to give this place the review it deserves … because then it may be booked next time I visit! The place is tiny, but clean and cute, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location is perfect, with the beach and the strand a short walk away. Hilary is friendly, responsive, and helpful. In short, my stay was perfect!

Great place to stay for our family, close to great restaurants on 2nd street but off the main commercial area enough to be quiet and comfortable.

Billy and Chloe were so helpful and understanding. We were forced to evacuate our home which was destroyed in the Eaton Canyon fire, and they bent over backwards to make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Our whole family, including grandparents, adult children and 2 grandkids all felt welcome and relaxed in their wonderful beach house. We all feel lucky that we found such a great place with such extraordinary hosts. Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to extend our stay a week and they made it extraordinarily easy. I cannot compliment them highly enough. Great place. Great hosts. Despite horrible circumstances, we felt welcome and at home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I stayed Duke's house for my son's wedding at Los Verdes Golf Course. It was really beautiful house and great location. Duke was very professional and provided information to me in a timely manner. I would like to stay there again if there is any chance. Fully recommended.

My extended family and I had to evacuate from the Eaton fires and stayed in this lovely home for 10 days. From beginning to end Jennifer was available to answer all my questions and she made our stay so comfortable. The house is very beautiful, clean and amazingly equipped with good quality furnishings and every amenity that one would need. Staying at the house made our disastrous situation much better. We will most likely rent this home again for a vacation.

This place is so beautiful! You have your space in a little community which is very close to your neighbors, but this place gave you space and it didn’t feel like we were close to the neighbors. It was nice and if Casey would sell the property I would buy it!

This Seal Beach house is everything and more! The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious. The host lives in the unit above and goes above and beyond to help you feel at home and or assist with any of your needs. Would definitely come again.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Long Beach. The house is beautiful and there are many sites and activities within walking distance. The host was also very pleasant and responded quickly to messages. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is a great home and we highly recommend renting it. Beautiful part of Belmont Shore. Far enough off of 2nd Street that you don’t hear the noise, but still only a two block walk. Only half a block to the ocean, where there is a walking and biking path, in addition to the beach. Easy drive to Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and downtown LB. The home is lovely, 2 bedrooms, and nice bathroom, and a kitchen set up for home cooked meals, in addition to a dining room table and living area with a Roku TV. Keurig coffee maker, though we walked up to the many coffee shops on 2nd Street most mornings. Note that second street has great shops and restaurants. Be sure to keep your rental confirmation notice, as it contains the check-in lock code. (I forgot I had it, but Jesica replied to my call within 5 minutes.) We would definitely rent here again.

Sam and Amber's place was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. Very secure building and I received immediate feedback for all questions. I would definitely choose their place again when in the area.

My Mom passed away & flew in from Florida to have her Funeral Services in Southern California which is where I grew up. My stay was set up to be right after all the services & a much needed peaceful space to grieve. Venice Beach was 1 of the many Beaches my Mom & I enjoyed together. I would love to come back & stay with my Adult kids & Grandsons in the future. It would accommodate us all & be a great place to create fun memories together with my family.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations. We were able to spend an equal amount of time enjoying the views from the Airbnb and with exploring Manhattan beach. I will stay here again without a doubt.

Miguel's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay and Miguel was an attentive, friendly host. There was great communication before our trip with very clear instructions for check-in, which was super easy. Miguel even sent us a message a few days into our stay to ask if everything was OK and if we had any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. Very spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with kit for cooking. And we even had dinner on the little balcony one evening when we felt like staying in. There were also nice little touches, such as the air conditioning having been turned on prior to our arrival and there was even some lovely jazz music playing softly in the living room when we got there. Additionally having parking nearby for our car was great, as parking in Long Beach can be tricky. My husband and I are planning another trip to Long Beach next year and hope to book again.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Great host, convenient location

Oksana’s condo was lovely and we had everything we needed! The king bed was quite comfortable. We had a question about how to operate the lock on the front door and she communicated with us both by Ring video and also came over the next morning to help us. ☺️
